The firm was founded over 50 years ago by legendary trial attorney and Vietnam veteran John Stevens Berry, Sr. Berry Law focuses on state and federal criminal defense, personal injury, and veterans law.

Like his father, attorney John S. Berry is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Berry served in Iraq and Bosnia and is a graduate of the Army Ranger and Airborne schools. John continues to defend the constitution of the United States one client at a time. Berry is a fellow of the American Board of Criminal Lawyers and a past-president of the Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
