But they also provide comprehensive care for a wide variety of afflictions, including asthma, skin disorders like eczema, chronic inflammatory conditions, and innate or acquired immunodeficiency; some cases potentially life-threatening.

“We see a very broad range of patients who have allergic disorders and asthma, and we also serve a population who have immune deficiency. I’m proud of how our group has gone above and beyond to care for these individuals during a pandemic over the past two years,” said allergist Dr. Jim Friedlander. “For these patients, it’s not as simple as mask mandates coming and going.” Allergy, Asthma, & Immunology Associates is the largest allergy group in Nebraska with two main offices—in both Omaha and Lincoln—and physicians who serve patients across the state and into Western Iowa.

“We have plans to add another physician and we’ve added a nurse practitioner,” Friedlander said. “We’re growing.”
