Anita thu

Born in Vancouver and having spent the early childhood years in Port Coquitlam. Worked for Woodward’s Dept. Stores for 10 years & personally received a gold coin from Chunky Woodward’s, for an advertising campaign.

Enjoyed numerous sports activities such as biking, skiing and also played soft ball for many years. Over the years have lived on Bowen Island, North.

Vancouver, Hope and now residing in Mission. The Fraser Valley has been home for over 25 years where I have raised 2 incredible daughters, am a proud grandmother & have another on the way. Was an active member of the Fraser Valley and Chilliwack Real Estate Board for 22 years. Through Hard work, Honesty and Integrity received several awards and earned a spot in the 2% for top sales. Participated in raising funds for the food bank, Meals on Wheels and also served on the Board of Directors, for Mission Community Services.

Enjoy hobbies such as gardening, music, cooking, painting, interior design, carpentry. Have raised labra doodles & standard poodles, for over 30 years.

Derek has drawn his knowledge and success from being a university graduate, a graduate from BCIT and continuing his education at the University of British Columbia in Urban Land Economics. Before joining the Lux Marketing team, Derek had worked alongside reputable developers Epta Properties and Polygon Homes gaining knowledge and insight that has proved invaluable in continuing his career in the real estate industry.
