How to cook THIS™ dish 1. In a pan add a slug of oil and cook the lardons until crispy.

2. Toast your sourdough slices and butter them once toasted.

3. Stone, peel and slice your avocados and place delicately on your toast.

4. Sprinkle the lardons on top of the avocado.

5. Sprinkle some salt, pepper and a light squeeze of lemon.
