The high-performance gym is exclusively used by sport teams as it is located right next to the training grounds. It is fully equipped by SPORTESSE, a company specialised in professional performance gym equipment for rugby teams such as England RFU, Bath Rugby, Gloucester Rugby and for other sports such as British Cycling, NFL and Premiership football teams.
Oliva Nova Sports Center collaborates with the best companies in the world of professional equipment and guarantees perfect and safe workouts, not only in the training fields but also in the high-performance gym.
These large rooms have been given a fresh and calm setting, with light colours and perfect minimalist decoration. Every Classic room has twin beds measuring 2,05 x 1,05 metres, which allow our sporty guests to rest comfortably after a hard training day.
Located in the main building of the Hotel, Premium rooms have been completely refurbished and they allow guests to experience Oliva Nova Beach & Golf Hotel in a completely new and fresh way. Every Premium room has twin beds measuring 2,10 x 1,05 metres, a shower in all bathrooms, smart TVs and Nespresso machines for your team to rest in luxury.
Located in the same floor as the players’ rooms, the biggest rooms are prepared for the team’s physiotherapist and the kit managers. Both rooms are equipped with the requirements of each department: 3 massage beds, towels, mineral water, tables and laundry trolleys. Bigger conference rooms adjacent to the dining room are also a possibility to guarantee your team’s comfort during the entire stay.
The exclusive dining rooms offer the opportunity to personalise your meals. As your team is a private environment, you can take advantage of our flexible dining timings:
