AUCTION LOTS #9 & 10 Screaming Eagle Going Once… Going Twice

Screaming Eagle received almost instantaneous fame after wine critic Robert Parker gave its first 1992 vintage a near-perfect 99 out of 100 rating. With its 500-case limited production made by winemaking phenom Nick Gislason, the winery’s cult status has only risen in the ranks — it can take up to 12 years to get on the winery’s mailing list. Today, you have your chance to cut to the front of the line and choose from two extraordinary lots of Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon.

LOT #9

3L 1999 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon

Your wine cellar will have an exquisite new focal point with this 3L of 1999 Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon. Awarded 97 points by Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, this vintage — a blend of 88% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc — was described by Parker as being “opulent, dense and rich with exceptional purity, a viscous texture and impressive underlying tannin that frames its large but elegant personality.”

LOT #10

100 Point Magnum Vertical Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon 2015, 2016, 2018

How do you measure perfection? Well, this vertical of 100-Point Screaming Eagle Cabernet Sauvignon in Magnum is quite possibly as close to perfection as you can come. And deservedly so. In this one-of-a-kind collection, you will take home the 2015, 2016 and 2018 vintages of the wines Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate calls “undeniably stunning,” “epic in length and depth,” and having “jaw dropping elegance.”
