Thank you for the countless hours you give to the Museum. As we gear up for our busiest time of year, your time means so much to us! Thank you for volunteering!
The Museum has a lot of exciting plans coming up as we move into summer months. We are very excited to bring the Lane Frost documentary to Cheyenne at the Civic Center on July 20! This marks the 35th Anniversary of his passing. We feel very honored to share the documentary with our community. In the next month, you will also see a huge transformation of our Hall of Fame as it moves into the rotunda. We will also have some new exhibits to share! The pioneer kids camp will be kicking off in a few weeks. Be sure to also check out the new mural in the kids room; a huge thanks to Stovepipe! It looks amazing.
If I have not had the chance to meet you yet, please stop by and say hi! I would love to meet you and learn a little bit more about you. The Museum is looking forward to a very rewarding summer season! Thanks again!

Janet Wampler Celebration of Life
This is a reminder that Janet’s Celebration of Life will be held at the Cheyenne Frontier Days™ Events Center on August 10th, beginning at 4:00 pm. If you’d prefer, you can also get photos to a staff member and they will be happy to upload them.
Additionally, most of us knew Janet’s fondness for sweets. We are asking those who are able to bring a dessert to share for the Celebration. This can be homemade or purchased. If there is a reason it reminds you of Janet, please write that down and share it with the dessert.
