2024 LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE
The OG Hospitality team hosted their annual Leadership Conference, “Take Root”, at the end of April in Bryan College Station. Leadership conference is a chance for our Corporate team to host our hotel leaders, General Managers and Directors of Sales, giving them renewed training and support in their leadership roles while enjoying fellowship, fostering relationships among our hotel leaders and celebrating our team's successes. This year's Conference was a great success!

Maya is currently a student in the Recreation Parks & Tourism Sciences Department with a planned graduation date of May 2025. She recently received her Aggie ring and completed her ring dunk in 31 seconds!
RYLEIGH PARR HOSPITALITY MARKETING
Ryleigh is currently a junior and pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management and Tourism. She recently completed her required coursework and received her Digital Marketing and E-Commerce certification from Google.
OG Hospitality was listed in the annual Hotel Business Green Book for hotel management companies. This annual directory is published during Q1 of each year and ranks hotel management companies based upon gross annual revenues from previous years. The 2024 Green Book was based upon growth from the 2021 to 2022 calendar years which saw OG Hospitality’s revenues increase from $43.9 million to $51.2 million. This revenue ranked OG Hospitality as #81 on a list of 130 hotels that were reporting revenue to the publication.

• BEST WESTERN PREMIER BRYAN COLLEGE STATION | Renovation of the hotel’s lobby/public spaces is complete.
• HAMPTON INN & SUITES - FORT WORTH STOCKYARDS | OG Hospitality is in the process of finalizing a franchise/licensing agreement
• Initial plans to complete renovation work in the next 12 months are underway for the following hotel properties:
• HYATT PLACE | College Station
• COURTYARD BY MARRIOTT | New Braunfels River Village
• BEST WESTERN PLUS | College Station Inn & Suites
• BEST WESTERN PREMIER | Bryan College Station - beginning work on guestrooms
TEAM UPDATES
• This past month, the Hospitality Marketing team had the pleasure of meeting all team members in person during the HOSPITALITY LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE and had the opportunity to share the conference highlights across our corporate and hotel social media platforms.
• Over the next two months, we will focus on distinctively marketing each property by identifying and promoting their unique features and amenities. We are transitioning HYATT PLACE | COLLEGE STATION and ÁTICO to new websites and integrating new advanced features for our other hotel websites.
• Intern RYLEIGH PARR will deepen her understanding of operations and sales through visits to COURTYARD | NEW BRAUNFELS RIVER VILLAGE and SPRINGHILL SUITES | FORT WORTH HISTORIC STOCKYARDS.
• Additionally, we are collaborating with our development team and professional photographers to obtain fresh, compelling photos of our latest remodels, new additions, and enhanced amenities to further enrich our promotional efforts for all properties.
