DEVELOPMENT The Greens Prairie Reserve subdivision achieved a successful rezoning following a unanimous vote during the recent City of College Station Council meeting. This strategic move has paved the way for a more diverse range of housing types within the subdivision, ultimately facilitating an expedited process for lot delivery and sales. The dedicated efforts of the entire project team over the past six months have been instrumental in securing this favorable outcome. Development is currently in the process of recruiting for a Marketing Coordinator. In anticipation of expansion, within a few months, the development division plans to hire a Lifestyle and Community Outreach Coordinator for Greens Prairie Reserve.

Our hospitality department proudly announces the participation of dedicated employees from six of our managed hotels at the recent 77th Annual Texas Hotel & Lodging Association Short Course in Houston, Texas! In addition to the entire OG team receiving their esteemed certificates of completion, two employees won additional accolades! Sommer Thompson was honored with the “Dr. James Taylor Outstanding Student Award”; and, Sommer and Amir Crawford were named winners of two of the three awards for “Outstanding Student Recognition”. Cheryl West from our Springhill Suites Stockyards hotel was appointed Commissioner Representative for the City of Fort Worth Urban Design Commission (UDC) for District 2. This will give her the inside knowledge of what new constructions and renovations are coming to Fort Worth, specifically the Stockyard area.
