Local News... Hollinwood Junction project creates 760 new jobs

A place for young people and families to thrive and grow and improve prospects and opportunities for people is emerging from the site of an old gasworks – and planning for a new phase has been submitted. Hollinwood Junction, being delivered in partnership by the council and Langree, is expected to create 760 jobs and will incorporate retail, leisure, employment space and up to 150 family homes.
