Oldenburg Academy is excited to offer a variety of camps for elementary and middle school students! Our summer enrichment and athletic camps focus on a variety of interests. is is a great opportunity to explore OA's campus, make new friends, and have some fun this summer!
Camps will be held between June 1st and July 15th.
Registration will remain open through May 25, 2026. e only exception is our soccer camp, for which registration will be accepted up until the day of the camp.

Description: Four days of exploring the media of watercolor, tempera paint, printmaking and collage. e camp will be led by Oldenburg Academy Art teacher, Mrs. eresa Murphy. is is a hands-on camp. Students will experience a variety of materials and will learn how to create using different techniques. Grades 5-9 boys and girls. Wear clothing appropriate for creating or bring an art shirt or an apron if able.

Description: Give your children an opportunity to experience the Franciscan value of serving others in our Twister Service Camp. is camp will feature a servie activity each day of camp along with a daily prayer and reflection. Campers will leave the oa campus everyday and travel via twister mini bus to organizations throughout the area (all within a 15-minute commute) in order to serve communities in need.

Description: Come learn and/or hone your chess skills. Whether you are receiving instruction how to play or opportunities to improve your skills, the games, activities, and instruction provided throughout chess camp will help learn the fundamentals and enhance your abilities. We will include variations on chess such as speed chess and All Queens Chess to give quick matchups with other campers, as well as time to practice the time-honored strategy game in its purity. In addition to playing chess, we will use a 3-D printer to print a few chess pieces of your choice. Learn the process and how to work the 3-D printer in the OA MakerSpace!

Description: With a focus on Archery safety, eye dominance, range rules, scoring, and Archery etiquette, skill development will be achieved through engagement in fun activities, repetition, and certified instruction. Our NASP certified instructor and OA Archery Team Members will ensure the safety and skill development of participants while orchestrating a fun environment for all. All experience levels are welcome whether you are new to archery or have been shooting for a few years. Archers will be practicing with both bullseye and 3-D targets. We will be providing Genesis Bows to use while at camp, but you may bring your own Genesis bow as well. e summer camp curriculum will include a variety of Archery games, such as tic-tac-toe, cards games, and balloon pop! Come be a part of this fun and exciting sport!
