Our summer enrichment and athletic camps focus on a variety of interests. This is a great opportunity to explore OA's campus, make new friends, and have some fun this summer!

Registration forms are also available in the OA Main School Office.

Camps will be held between June 2nd and July 9th.

OA Girls Volleyball Camp Date: June 2-5, 2025 Time: 11:00 AM - 12:45 PM (Incoming 4th - 6th graders) 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM (Incoming 7th & 8th graders and 6th graders w/ club volleyball experience) Location: Oldenburg Academy Feldhaus Ages: Incoming 4th - 8th Graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $45 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mrs. Debbie Gregg, OA Head Volleyball Coach & Campus Ministry | dgregg@oldenburgacademy.org Description: The camp will feature two courts: 1 court for newer/developing players and 1 court for more experienced players. OA Summer Creative Arts Camp

Date: June 9-12, 2025 Time: 9:00 - 11:00 AM Location: ICA Hall | 4th Floor Art Room Ages: Incoming 5th - 9th Graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $60 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mrs. Theresa Murphy, Oldenburg Academy Art Dept. | tmurphy@oldenburgacademy.org Description: Four days of exploring the media of watercolor, tempera paint, printmaking and collage. The camp will be led by Oldenburg Academy Art teacher, Mrs. Theresa Murphy. This is a hands-on camp. Students will experience a variety of materials and will learn how to create using different techniques. Grades 5-9 boys and girls. Wear clothing appropriate for creating or bring an art shirt or an apron if preferable.

Boys Basketball Youth Camp Date: June 9-12, 2025 Location: Oldenburg Academy Feldhaus

This camp is designed for all levels beginner to advanced and is designed to focus on basic fundamentals in various styles, technique, and skill building. Also learn Choreography for the 2025/26 OA Game Day routine!

Please bring water bottle. Have hair pulled back and secured. Wear dance or athletic wear and bring dance shoes or gym shoes.

Service Camp

Date: June 16 - 19, 2025 Time: 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM Location: Oldenburg Academy Ages: Incoming 6th - 8th Graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $45 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mrs. Debbie Gregg | dgregg@oldenburgacademy.org Description: Give your children an opportunity to experience the Franciscan value of serving others in our Twister Service Camp. This camp will feature a servie activity each day of camp along with a daily prayer and reflection. Campers will leave the oa campus everyday and travel via twister mini bus to organizations throughout the area (all within a 15-minute commute) in order to serve communities in need.

OA Summer Chess Camp (Play and 3D create!)

Date: June 16 -19, 2025 Time: 12:30 – 2:30 PM Location: OA Main Building | MakerSpace (2nd floor) Ages: Incoming 6th - 8th Graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $60 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mr. David Jensen, OA Math Instructor & Chess Club Moderator | djensen@oldenburgacademy.org Description: Come learn and/or hone your chess skills. Whether you are receiving instruction how to play or opportunities to improve your skills, the games, activities, and instruction provided throughout chess camp will help learn the fundamentals and enhance your abilities. We will include variations on chess such as speed chess and All Queens Chess to give quick matchups with other campers, as well as time to practice the time-honored strategy game in its purity. In addition to playing chess, we will use a 3-D printer to print a few chess pieces of your choice. Learn the process and how to work the 3-D printer in the OA MakerSpace!

OA Summer Archery Camp

Dates: June 16-19, 2025 Times: 9:30 - 11:30 AM Location: OA Feldhaus and OA Barn Ages: Incoming 5th - 9th graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $60 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mr. David Jensen, OA Math Instructor & OA Archery Club Moderator | djensen@oldenburgacademy.org Description: With a focus on Archery safety, eye dominance, range rules, scoring, and Archery etiquette, skill development will be achieved through engagement in fun activities, repetition, and certified instruction. Our NASP certified instructor and OA Archery Team Members will ensure the safety and skill development of participants while orchestrating a fun environment for all. All experience levels are welcome whether you are new to archery or have been shooting for a few years. We will be providing Genesis Bows to use while at camp, but you may bring your own Genesis bow as well. The summer camp curriculum will include a variety of Archery games, such as tic-tac-toe, cards games, and balloon pop! Come be a part of this fun and exciting sport!

Music Composition Camp

Dates: June 16 -19, 2025 Times: 12:30 - 2:30 PM Location: OA Main Building Ages: Incoming 3rd - 8th graders (2025-2026 School Year) Cost: $65 | Checks payable to Oldenburg Academy Contact: Mrs. Amanda Jensen | djensen@oldenburgacademy.org Description: Come to start or develop your music writing ideas and skills! Open to musicians Grades 3-8, any instrument/voice. (If it's portable, bring your instrument!) We will explore different approaches for improvising and music writing, and depending on the personal projects and ability level of the campers, we will work to develop your song ideas, make recordings, and use an online music composition program to write down your ideas. We will listen to creative examples, and talk about song structure, melody, accompaniment, rhythm, and more. You'll have the opportunity for an optional performance on the last day in the OA auditorium, for campers who would like to share some music they have created. Amanda Jensen has collaborated to help write nearly 200 songs for vocal/piano and other instruments. She will encourage students in creating their own music, and in building confidence to continue using and developing those skills at home. Bring any lyrics or song ideas you want to dive into, and if you don't have any yet, just bring your creativity!

Cheer Camp Date: June 16 &17, 2025 Location: Oldenburg Academy Feldhaus

Time: 1:00 - 4:00 PM Ages: Incoming K - 8th Graders (2025-2026 School Year)

Develop your acting skills, play fun theater games, build your confidence on stage, and get a sneak peak into OA’s drama program. No experience needed! Just bring your enthusiasm and imagination!

OA Boys and Girls Soccer Camp (18th annual)
