THANKS TO THE KEEPER OF THE STARS
Tracy Byrd burst onto the country music scene in the early 1990s and quickly became one of the genre’s most recognizable voices. With a string of Gold and Platinum albums, three No. 1 singles, and more than 6 million records sold, Byrd cemented his place as a traditional country troubadour. Known for both heartfelt ballads and crowd-favorite anthems, his music has earned him awards, critical acclaim, and a loyal fan base across the globe.
Beyond the studio, Byrd has performed thousands of shows worldwide, becoming a staple on the road for fans who value his authenticity and high-energy performances. In addition to his music career, he is an avid outdoorsman and a dedicated family man, crediting his wife Michelle and their three children for grounding him through decades of touring and success.
After taking time to reset and refocus, Byrd returned to the stage with a renewed passion for music, balancing his career with family and personal growth. Today, he continues to perform and record, proudly carrying the torch of traditional country music while connecting with audiences old and new.

Ron Hays, the Dean of Farm Broadcasters in the South Central U.S., has been a trusted voice for farmers and ranchers since 1977. Known for his signature greeting, “Howdy, Neighbors,” Ron has spent nearly two decades with the Radio Oklahoma Ag Network, where “Ron on RON” stands as the toprated ag network across Oklahoma and the southern Great Plains.
Farmers and ranchers know Ron cares, understands their needs, and remains a true friend to rural communities.

THE HEART OF AG RADIO
KC Sheperd grew up on her family’s farm in Canute, Oklahoma, where she developed a love for agriculture and broadcasting. After earning her Master’s in English from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, she built her career in radio at stations across Oklahoma and Texas before becoming Farm Director at the Radio Oklahoma Ag Network.
An active member of the National Association of Farm Broadcasters, KC serves as South Region Vice President. She and her husband, Jordan, are raising twin daughters, Crosslee and Londyn, who share a passion for farm life and music.

AUCTION PROCEDURES
Silent Auction
Silent Auction items are located around the perimeter of the room and denoted under Marquis and Princess sections. Each section will be open for bidding beginning at 6:00 p.m.
To bid on Silent Auction items, simply write your bidder number and the bid amount on the bid sheet located by the item on the table. Be sure to note the minimum bid raise amount by which you must increase the bid of the previous bidder. Bids raised lower than the minimum bid increase will be raised to the minimum bid increase amount. Silent Auctions will close following the Live Auction. (See Schedule of Events)
Live Auction
Live Auction items are located at the front of the room, near the stage. To place a bid during the Live Auction, simply raise your hand or program.
PAYMENT PROCEDURES
Live & Silent Auctions
Payment should be made for all purchases at the end of the evening.
Cashiers will assist each buyer personally, having all item receipts in bidder folders. Once all items have been paid in full, you may then collect your items, presenting your paid receipt to the table attendants who will assist in the collection of items.
AUCTION RULES
Each participant must register for a valid bidder number, which can be used for both Silent and Live Auctions.
Payment must be made before the end of the evening in the form of cash, check or card. Checks should be made payable to the Diamond Hats.
Purchaser must present paid receipt to collect the purchased item(s).
Arrangements for removal of items must be made by purchaser at his/her expense. All items must be removed by midnight on Thursday, September 18 th
Failure to arrange for a trip, meal party, etc. within the time specified and according to any stated conditions and/or limitations imposes absolutely no obligation on the donor, the Diamond Hats or the Oklahoma Youth Expo.
All auction items are sold “as is” with no expressed or implied guarantees or warranties, except those which may be supplied by the donor or manufacturer.
Tax and gratuities are not included on gift certificates, unless stated otherwise.
The Diamond Hats reserve the right to withdraw any item before or during the sale.
Neither the Diamond Hats nor Oklahoma Youth Expo shall be liable for any personal injury on the premises where the auction is being held or in the removal of any items by the purchaser.
Auction purchases may be tax deductible to the extent of the price paid exceeds fair market value. Claiming is responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the IRS guidelines.
