SoonerWARN provides immediate relief by coordinating the personnel with the necessary tools and equipment that can both assess and assist the impacted water or wastewater system.

SoonerWARN will cover all aspects of natural and man-made emergency assistance.

Interested in joining SoonerWARN? – Apply online at soonerwarn.org. – In time of need, the system will go on to the SoonerWARN site and click “Submit a Request.” – When the request is received, ORWA will contact the system to verify the emergency request. – An ORWA representative will send a message to all participating SoonerWARN members of the emergency request. This allows those members to offer their staff and/or equipment directly to the District(s) in need, therefore saving valuable response time for them.
