A Letter from Kevin Cohrs Dear Plateau Club Members, As we head into November and the holiday season, I want to thank you for a wonderful fall. There’s plenty to look forward to this winter as we continue building out our events calendar. Cameron has put together a fun Winter Golf Series with nine events to keep us swinging through the colder months. Thomas and his team are continuing course improvements, starting with the Gold/Blue tee box on #9. And if you haven’t yet tried Chef ’s refreshed menu in the Red Alder Lounge, be sure to stop by and check out the new offerings. A few things to note as we go into November:

2026 Staff Appreciation Gift Fund As we approach the end of the year, members have the opportunity to show their appreciation for our team through the 2026 Staff Appreciation Gift Fund. This year’s contribution is $40 and will be billed to membership accounts in November. Contributions are optional, and members who would like to contribute an additional amount or opt out can email Cindy directly, at cindyr@plateauclub.com by November 27th. Gifts will be distributed to employees on December 11th. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for your generosity and support!

Annual Member Survey Survey Link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/7X7ZLC8 Please keep an eye out for our annual member survey, arriving in your inbox soon. Your feedback helps us understand what’s working well and where we can improve. I’ll review the results with our Home Office and share our plans for improvements in the coming months.

Thanksgiving Closure The club will be closed on Thursday, November 26th, for Thanksgiving so our team can enjoy the holiday with their loved ones. I hope to see many of you around the club beforehand! Thank you for your continued support and for making The Plateau Club such a special place. Wishing you and your families a wonderful November! Warm Regards,

Kevin Cohrs

General Manager

Words From The Shop As we turn the calendar to November, the days are getting shorter, the temperatures are dropping, and the holiday season is quickly approaching! While our busy tournament season has wrapped up, there is still plenty happening around the golf course and in the Golf Shop. Whether you’re joining us for a Winter Series event, getting in a few holes between rain showers, or stopping by to do some holiday shopping, we hope to see you around the club this month!

Winter Series is Underway

What’s New in the Golf Shop?

As the weather turns, we’ve stocked the Golf Shop with some great options to keep you comfortable on and off the course, along with a few unique gift ideas for the holiday season.

Words From The Shop Important Golf Shop Credit Reminders

All remaining Golf Shop credit must be used by December 31, 2026. Unused balances will expire and be forfeited. · If you would like to use Golf Shop credit toward a special order, please contact Cameron or Albert no later than November 15. · Special orders placed after November 15 may not arrive and be processed in time to use your 2026 credit. Stay Warm, Stay Dry!

We’ve got a great selection of outerwear in the shop, including jackets, layering pieces, and coldweather apparel perfect for Pacific Northwest golf. Whether you’re looking for something to battle the elements on the course or a comfortable layer for everyday wear, stop by and see what’s available.

A Little Something Different – Golf-Themed Jewelry

Words From The Shop Heading to the Mountains? Oakley Ski Goggles!

Golf might be our specialty, but we’ve got you covered for some winter adventures, too! Check out our selection of Oakley ski goggles, a great option for those planning to trade the fairways for the slopes this winter. With the holidays approaching, we encourage everyone to stop by, browse the shop, and see what’s new. Our Golf Shop team is always happy to help with gift ideas, sizing, and special orders. November may bring a little more rain and a few fewer daylight hours, but there are still plenty of opportunities to enjoy The Plateau Club. We hope you’ll take advantage of the Winter Series, stop by the Golf Shop, and make the most of the remainder of the year. As always, thank you for your continued support of our golf programs and Golf Shop. We look forward to seeing you around the club!

Keeper of the Greens As the golfing season begins to slow down and tee time availability becomes more limited, your turf team is still in full swing, working as hard as ever. We’ve made our usual transition from routine maintenance to full-on project season, and I’m excited to share a few updates with you. First, I’m happy to report that greens aerification has been completed, and the process went extremely well! We were able to rent the equipment needed to transport the 64+ tons of sand required for the project, and with a little help from the weather, everything went off without a hitch. Another exciting update is that, thanks to that same equipment rental, we were able to get started on a long-overdue project you’ve been asking about for quite some time: renovating the 9 Gold Tee Box! We’re not only leveling the tee box but expanding it as well. Once completed, the tee box will grow from its original 730 square feet to approximately 1,000 square feet and feature brand-new bentgrass sod. The tee box will remain closed throughout the winter, but we anticipate reopening it in mid-tolate spring. On a lighter note, you may have noticed a few new additions to our fountain pond! My assistant, Brian, has a flock of ducks at home that was starting to get a little crowded, so he brought four of them over for us all to enjoy. They’re beautiful, very social, and already adding some extra character to the property. Once we get their food dispenser installed, they’ll be ready to greet visitors and enjoy meeting everyone who stops by. As always, thank you for another great season. We appreciate your continued support and look forward to seeing you out on the course!

SOCIAL & DINING

Robert’s Corner Plateau Club Members, As one of the newer employees here at the Plateau Club, I would like to take a moment and say “Thank You!” As a membership, you are an amazing group. Watching those of you that came out for the “Homecoming” event was a ton of fun. I wanted to give a huge shout out to David Leu. He is such an enormous asset to have here at the club. Not only does he have the coolest toys, but he is always looking for ways to make things just a little more interesting. From the F&B team... THANK YOU, DAVID LEU! Save the date...November 6th we will be hosting our last All-Member Wine Mixer of 2026. So far, we have confirmed the following producers... Januik (WA), Adelsheim (OR), Ridge (CA), Hedges (WA), Upchurch (WA), and Long Shadows (WA), with the possibility of adding one or two more. We will be offering the wines at only 10% over our cost, so if you see something that has a deeper discount than you would get by being a member at the same winery, that is just the bonus of being a member here at the Plateau Club!

Whether you’re starting your morning with a workout, getting in a few laps in the pool, joining yoga with Anitha, or meeting friends for a game of pickleball or tennis, there are plenty of ways to stay active and connected as we head toward winter. With Thanksgiving approaching, it’s also a good time to pause and appreciate the people and community that make The Plateau Club such a special place. Yoga with Anitha continues throughout November: Wednesdays & Fridays 8:00–9:00 AM Group exercise classes are complimentary for members, and guests are welcome for $15 per class. Yoga is a wonderful way to improve flexibility, work on balance, and take a little time for yourself during the busy fall season. We hope you’ll come give it a try!

THE POOL IS OPEN YEAR-ROUND!

The weather may be getting colder, but the main pool remains open! Thanks to our continued partnership with IST, members can continue enjoying year-round lap swimming, recreational swimming, and aquatic programming. The main pool is maintained at approximately 84°F, offering a comfortable place to swim even when the temperatures outside begin to drop.

Seasonal Pool Updates

As we head into the colder months, the spa and baby pool have both been winterized for the winter season. This seasonal preparation helps protect the equipment and systems during the colder weather. The main pool remains open year-round for member lap swimming, recreational swimming, and aquatic programming, and continues to be maintained at approximately 84°F. A few friendly reminders for everyone using the pool: · Please take a quick cleansing shower before entering the water. · Be mindful of other members sharing the pool and deck areas. · Temporary closures may be necessary during unsafe weather conditions. Even with the change in seasons, we look forward to seeing you enjoy the main pool throughout the fall and winter!

Fall Swim Lessons

Looking to keep your swimmer building confidence and improving their skills through the fall and winter? Private and semi-private swim lessons may be available on a limited basis, depending on instructor availability.

Lesson Pricing

· Private Lessons — $45 (30 minutes) · Semi-Private Lessons — $35 (30 minutes) Semi-private lessons work best when swimmers are at similar skill levels. To check availability or schedule a lesson, contact the Rec Center: pcreccenter@plateauclub.com | 425.868.2139

Pickleball & Tennis

The cooler weather is no reason to put your racquet or paddle away! November is a great time to keep moving, meet up with friends, and enjoy some friendly competition. Whether you’re a longtime player or just getting started, tennis and pickleball are great ways to stay active and connected with fellow members.

New Pickleball Nets have Arrived! We’ve upgraded our pickleball courts with new, heavy-duty pickleball nets designed for a sturdier setup and a better playing experience throughout the fall and winter seasons. The new nets feature durable frames, locking wheels, and a hand-crank tension system to help keep the nets properly tensioned and ready for play. Come check out the new nets, grab your paddle, and join the fun! We look forward to seeing more members out on the courts this season. For pickleball games and group play, join our Plateau TeamReach group. Group: Plateau Code: 098074 Remember to reserve tennis and pickleball courts through the Member Hub when required, or check with the Rec Desk for availability.

Stay Active This November

As the days get shorter, it can be tempting to spend more time indoors and let our routines slip. A little planning can help keep movement part of your week. Here are a few simple ways to stay active: Try setting a few simple goals: Get in a weekly lap swim Schedule regular gym time Join a yoga class Set up a weekly pickleball or tennis game Plan some active family time at the Club It doesn’t have to be complicated. Find something you enjoy and make it part of your routine.

Rec Center Reminders

As we move into the colder months, please help us keep the Rec Center clean, safe, and welcoming for everyone. - Please remember to sign in when using the Rec Center. - Members are responsible for following the Club’s guest policies. - Please wipe down gym equipment after use. - Return weights and other equipment to their proper locations. - Please help us keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean. - Remember to reserve courts and check in at the Rec Desk when required. Thank you for doing your part to make the Rec Center an enjoyable place for all members.

Looking Ahead: Thanksgiving & Winter

November is a time to appreciate our community, enjoy the changing seasons, and prepare for the busy holiday stretch ahead. As we approach Thanksgiving, I want to thank our members for being part of The Plateau Club community. It’s always great to see families enjoying the facilities, members connecting through classes and activities, and everyone finding their own ways to stay active. The main pool will continue to provide a year-round swimming option, while yoga, pickleball, tennis, and swim lessons offer plenty of opportunities to keep moving as we head into winter. Thank you for being part of our community. Have a wonderful November, enjoy the Thanksgiving season, and I look forward to seeing you around the Rec Center!
