THE PLATEAU MARCH |

A Letter from Kevin Cohrs
As we turn the page to March, we’re hoping the groundhog got it wrong and that the worst of winter is behind us. It was great to see a stretch of beautiful days at the end of last month—nothing better than sunshine and a busy tee sheet to remind us the season is right around the corner.
Behind the scenes, our team has been working hard to prepare for the months ahead. From course conditions to clubhouse details, our focus is on building on the momentum we created and continuing to elevate the member experience in 2026. Our goal this year is simple: to build on what we’ve created together and continue elevating the member experience across every part of the Club.

We’re also pleased to welcome our new Food & Beverage Director, Robert Dolan, to the Plateau Club. Robert brings over 20 years of experience in the industry and most recently served at Alderbrook Golf & Yacht Club. He has a strong background in leading high-performance teams and is passionate about creating memorable dining and hospitality experiences. Please stop by, say hello, and introduce yourself to Robert next time you’re at the Club—he’s excited to meet everyone.
There’s plenty happening this month, not just on the golf course, but across the entire Club. With a full golf calendar and a variety of member events planned, we hope you’ll join us and be part of the fun.
With gratitude,
Kevin Cohrs General Manager

GOLF
Words From The Shop
Spring is in the air at The Plateau Club, and with March comes longer days, improving course conditions, and the official start of the 2026 season. One sure sign of the season? You can now begin posting scores to GHIN again. Be sure to log all eligible rounds to keep your handicap current as the tournaments kick off.

Speaking of tournaments, our first PMGA events of the year are set for March 8 and March 22. These early-season competitions are a great way to shake off the winter rust and reconnect with fellow members. (Click here to register)
March also brings one of our favorite early-season member events: the 4 Leaf 4 Ball on March 15. This 4-person team net event rewards teamwork and strategy — for par 3s, the best three net scores count; for par 4s, the best two; and for par 5s, the best score. All players will compete from the RED tees. Grab your friends, form your team, and sign up here!
Equipment-wise, we have three exciting fitting days this month to help you start the season dialed in. Fittings are a great way to ensure your clubs are working for you. Spots are limited, so be sure to reserve your time in the golf shop!
March Fitting Days
Get your equipment dialed in for the season with our March fitting opportunities: L.A.B. Golf – March 18 (New this year!) (Register Here)
TaylorMade – March 19 (Register Here)
Callaway – March 26 (Register Here)
Finally, a few friendly reminders to help keep the course in great shape: please avoid hitting off the grass on the driving range, and remember to check in at the golf shop before your round. We’re excited to welcome everyone back to the course this month. From tournaments to fittings, it’s a great time to get out, sharpen your game, and enjoy all that the season has to offer. See you at the club!

Keeper of the Greens
Greetings everyone!
The winter months are almost over and spring is just around the corner. With it being March, greens’ aerification is a few weeks away. We are planning to aerify greens on March 23rd & 24th.

These dates are depending on weather, as we will need 2 days of dry weather to complete the aerification process. Tee aerification is planned during the middle of March. Fairway aerification will begin at the beginning of March, as we will plan to get to have 1-2 fairways aerified a day until they are completed. Some benefits of aerifying the turf are: relieving compaction, removing thatch, improving oxygen exchange in the soil, improving root growth, and improving water percolation. This essential process keeps the putting surfaces healthy and smooth throughout the season, and we appreciate your patience during this short disruption.
Thanks, and I look forward to seeing you all out here.

SOCIAL & DINING
Robert’s Corner
I am super excited to be here at the Plateau Club. The leadership team here, as well as the membership, has been incredibly welcoming. The staff has been very helpful while I get to know where things are and how things work around the property.
While I look forward to making a few changes in an effort to raise the professionalism of our events and operations, I am also trying to not get too ahead of myself. The changes we will be making will probably not be noticeable to most members, as they will be small. That said, my hope is that we continue to grow in a positive and professional manner.
I have already received some feedback and welcome input from any member that wants to see positive changes. I am eager to see what I can do to improve some of those concerns, especially when our busy season arrives. I have really enjoyed getting to know the membership, and love seeing the sense of community that the Plateau Club members have for one another. My first Friday Night Live was my first opportunity to see the community gather and I loved getting the opportunity to meet so many of you.
Anthony has left me with some large shoes to fill. He not only knew you all as individuals; he seemed to have a very good idea of who you are as a community. Thankfully, he continues to be a resource to me as he starts a new adventure in Texas. I look forward to adding a couple of things to the event calendar and finding out how I can continue the community engagement in a fashion that fits seamlessly into what you all want to see as the vision for the Plateau Club.
Thank you again to each and every one of you that have come up and said hello, and while I would love to name names, I just want to tell you all that I am sincerely impressed by the positivity and community that the Plateau Club shows on a daily basis.
Looking forward to an amazing 2026!

Recreation Updates
Hello Members!
March has arrived, bringing longer days, hints of spring, and renewed energy around the Rec Center. It’s the perfect time to shake off the last of winter, refresh your routines, and enjoy everything the Club has to offer. Whether you’re staying consistent with your fitness goals or trying something new, we’re glad you’re here. Here’s what’s happening this month:

HOURS Recreation Center Lap Swim Open Swim
Monday - Friday 6:00AM - 7:00PM 7:00AM - 11:00AM XXX
Saturday - Sunday 9:00AM - 6:00PM 9:00AM - 11:00AM SUNDAYS ONLY 12:00PM - 4:00PM
Group Class Exercise - Complimentary for Members Morning yoga classes are currently canceled.
Our yoga instructor, Anitha, is taking a leave of absence to support her family following the recent passing of her father in late February. Our thoughts and heartfelt condolences are with Anitha and her family during this difficult time. Yoga classes will be temporarily paused until Anitha is able to return, or until the Club secures a substitute instructor. We appreciate your understanding and will share updates with members as soon as they become available.
Pool Updates
As we move toward spring, the pool remains warm and welcoming at 84°F. Thanks to our continued partnership with IST, members can continue enjoying swimming year-round.
Behind the scenes, we’ve also been making several upgrades to keep our aquatic facilities running smoothly and comfortably. The main pool heater now has new burners installed to maintain a consistent 84°F temperature. All pool chlorine feeders have been upgraded to modern equipment for improved reliability and water quality. The baby pool circulation motor has been replaced, and the spa jets are fully operational again following the installation of a new jet motor.
These are just some of the recent improvements, with more updates still to come as we continue investing in the pool experience for our members.
· Lap Swim: Monday–Friday 7–11 AM, Sunday 9–11 AM
· Weekend Open Swim: Saturday & Sunday 12–4 PM
Weather Reminder: Spring weather can still be unpredictable. In the event of lightning, heavy rain, or unsafe conditions, the pool may temporarily close and will reopen once it is safe to do so
Please remember: A quick rinse shower before entering helps maintain water clarity and improves the experience for all swimmers.
Swim Lessons - Spring Planning
Swim lessons will return this spring as weather conditions improve. Lessons are a great way for swimmers to build confidence, improve skills, prepare for swim team, and stay safe in the water ahead of summer.
Families interested in spring or summer lessons are encouraged to join the interest list:
