HOW IT WORKS
APPLICATIONORINVITATION
Potential partners may apply or be recommended by the ODA Council on Membership and Membership Services.
INITIAL REVIEW
The ODA staff conducts initial meetings to make sure that the company’s values align with the Association’s mission and values.
MEMBER INPUT
Following the initial vetting process, the ODA staff then presents their findings to the Council on Membership and Membership Services, where the Council will thoroughly vet and make a recommendation to the ODA Board of Trustees for endorsement.
BOARD OF TRUSTEES REVIEW
The ODA Board of Trustees then will consider the Councils recommendation, adding an additional vetting process
PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT
Once vetted by ODA staff, the ODA Council on Membership and Membership Services, and the ODA Board of Trustees, the partnership is then solidified with a contract.
ONGOING EVALUATION
ODA Partners are evaluated annually for their relevance and ability to uphold their agreed-upon terms.
