Oklahoma City University’s schools and colleges offer an abundance of options for undergraduate studies. Our stars love the Paseo, the Plaza District, Midtown, Automobile Alley and Bricktown.

When our students aren’t enjoying an Oklahoma City Thunder game or watching a Broadway show at the Civic Center, they are experiencing our cozy, tree-lined campus. But don’t mistake cozy for small on campus life options. Quite the contrary: You’ll get the full college experience at OCU, from our championship athletics teams, to fraternity and sorority life, to student government, clubs and homecoming. There are so many ways to get involved on and off campus!

Did you know that more than 90% of Oklahoma City University students receive some kind of financial aid or tuition assistance? It’s true! A wide majority of

our students receive automatic academic scholarships based solely on their high school GPA and area of study. In fact, an incoming student with a strong high school GPA may automatically receive tens of thousands of dollars in scholarships during their time at OCU.

Each year, we distribute more than $34 million in financial aid to our students. In addition to recognizing students for their academic record, we offer arts and athletic scholarships, as well as

departmental and program scholarships that align with various majors.

AT OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY, WE’RE PROUD TO LAY CLAIM TO THE TITLE “HOME OF CHAMPIONS.” Winning championships is what we’re all about, with more than 70 national titles (and counting!) to our name and a streak of winning at least one national championship each year for the past 30 years.

We give our students something to cheer about, whether you’re taking in a basketball or volleyball game at the Freede Center, watching a baseball game at Jim Wade Stadium, or supporting one of our 19 varsity teams.

Even better, athletics at OCU is not just for athletes. We offer a variety of intramural sports and all students have access to the Adudell Fitness Center, which is stocked with cardio and weightlifting equipment.

Whether you’re on the field or in the stands, OCU athletics serve to unite our campus and lead us all to rally around the Stars!

TALENT

THERE’S NO EXCUSE NOT TO GET INVOLVED AT OKLAHOMA CITY UNIVERSITY! With more than 80 student clubs and organizations, a welcoming religious life scene, vibrant sorority and fraternity life and a robust Student Government Association, we’ve got something for everyone.

Campus Life

Students from any major can try out for OCU’s national champion Esports team.

The historic Bishop W. Angie Smith Chapel is open to everyone on campus for weekly chapel services.

Homecoming is celebrated each fall, on campus and in the community with events like Lip Sync, the Homecoming Parade and Stars on the Plaza.

OCU prides itself on service, with numerous volunteer and community service options throughout the year.

Each spring, OCU graduates get to take part in the Sign the Gold Star tradition – a seven-story climb to sign your name on the inside of the iconic Gold Star Building.

SPIRITUAL PATHFINDERS We want you to find a safe place to belong and grow in your faith. Our Office of Religious Life does just that through the Wesley Center, OCU’s campus ministry. With weekly contemporary and liturgical worship open to all students, there’s a spiritual home for you at OCU!
