Casady and Heritage Hall have released their plans of action. Bishop McGuinness is in the process finalizing its own plan and should release it next week, Katelyn Kelly, communications coordinator, said. According to Casady School’s Strategic Path Forward, a covenantal relationship with families around three shared commitments of relationships, safety and flexibility will be required to make it work. “We know that for some of you, (the plan) will feel like too much, for others, we understand that it will not be enough,” Nathan Sheldon, head of school, said. “I know this and I promise you we have stayed true to our Guiding Principles to build a plan that acknowledges the importance of student/teacher relationships in safe environments, all while being willing to be flexible and change when warranted.” School leaders partnered with a variety of other curricular and health wellness entities to develop the plan. Those include the National Association of Independent Schools, the Southwestern Association of Episcopal Schools, the Centers for Disease
