Understanding Food & Wine Pairing Enjoy an overview of wine styles, wine production and sensory evaluation of wine. A combination of theory and practical exercises cover factors in food and wine that affect pairing. You’ll learn about traditional pairings, the modern approach to pairing, and multicourse pairing with single and multiple wines.

CONTINUING STUDIES REFUND POLICY Non-certificate Course Withdrawal Refund requests must be made at least two business days (48 hours) prior to the course start date. No refunds are issued for requests received with less than two business days’ notice.

Students may withdraw by phone, fax, email, mail or in person.

Special refund polices apply to courses where indicated. Check the policy when registering.

Non-certificate courses with tuition fees of $500 or more will have a five business day refund policy unless an exception is made by the Director.

Certificate Program Withdrawal Visit okanagan.bc.ca/cs/policies for complete information on tuition fees, deposits and refunds. It is the student’s responsibility to be informed about refund policies and to contact Continuing Studies when withdrawing.
