Hello! I am glad to share with you my passion for design, creativity, and the art of shaping spaces. My name is Ojas Verma, and I am an aspiring architecture student dedicated to crafting meaningful and inspiring architectural experiences. Architecture, to me, is a medium to improve and enhance the quality of life within a designed space. It is an art to evoke emotions and foster connections. I am now seeking an internship for duration of my summer break. I am both enthusiastic and professional. My love for details and solving issues make me valueable in my own manner. Beach pavilion design considers the least impact on the site and climate of Kerala. this beach pavilion is built with industrial roof fabric, steel cable, and pipes. It provides shade and shelter from sun and rain. It serves as the perfect spot to relax and refresh.

Site Plan Site: Kunnamangalam, Kozhikode | Kerala The house is designed for family of six, considering site context and requirement of each individual. Site is surrounded by hills giving a beautiful view from top floors. Residence is designed to maximize the interaction between family members and provide various interacting spaces.

Ground Floor Plan: A double-height entry foyer welcomes guests overlooked by the first floor. The home is zoned in public, semi-public, and private zones. Connected to a backyard and a front lawn ground floor follows the open floor plan concept with visual barriers for improved privacy. First Floor Plan: comprise of private spaces for parents and kids with recreational spaces and study. Recreational space have visual and acoustic connection with double heigh Living room. Terrace Plan: Provides a space to enjoy hilly landscape and spend some relaxing time on terrace covered with pergola.

Site: National Institute of Technology |Calicut, Kerala The masterplan shows the parking space for staff and faculty alongwith a kiosk and covered seating spaces. a separate working space is provided away from active zone with multipurpose space as buffer. 9

Site: NITC | Faculty Quarters Low-rise apartment targeting sustainable and passive energy design. The apartment can be accessed from two sites with oblique approach emphasising on facade.

Ground floor Plan: Consisting central courtyard and parking facility for units. The front elevation has palm trees shading the front from harsh sun and providing shade.

First floor Plan: Central Staircase connecting all floors opening to a common terrace acting as a pause point encouraging social meet and acting as multipurpose space.

Seccond floor Plan: Consisting of a penthouse at central position with a wide balcony. This apartment follows classical principles of symmetry and balance in facade.

Site: Calicut Stadium Road | Kerala In commercial zone of busy calicut city this cafe brings the opportunity to experience ambient spaces and japanease features. Based on Japanease tea house this cafe offers traditional ways to experience tea and other snacks with rich landscape and cultural features.

First floor paln: Showing features of japanease tea house here one can experience traditional way to have tea. The Cafe is built considering sustainability and ambience of the space. North lighting and proper ventilation make it climate responsive and comfortable.
