Northville, MI - Andrea Jemison-Smith is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Executive for her outstanding work in the Engineering field, and in acknowledgment of her achievements at Stellantis.

With over 20 years of experience in the Manufacturing and Engineering industry, Andrea Jemison-Smith holds a vast array of knowledge within her chosen profession.

As the Senior Torque Manager at Stellantis/ FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Ms. JemisonSmith sets torque integrity standards and manages the procedural operations for fastening systems in the company’s North American locations. Stellantis is a global vehicle company that provides sustainable solutions for customers, offering a full line of luxury, premium, and passenger vehicles. Beginning this role in 2014, she manages vehicle launches and creates procedure guides to prepare for the global product launches. She works with FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Auburn Hills, MI, one of the many branches of Stellantis.

Ms. Jemison-Smith attributes her success to the strong work ethic she learned from her parents, as well as to a high school aptitude test that steered her in the direction of a career in science and math.

In pursuit of her higher education, she first attended Tennessee State University from 1987 to 1989, and then continued her education at Lawrence Technological University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 1993. Here, she was involved with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, which she still volunteers with today. She began her professional career in 1993 with the Ford Motor Company, where she excelled as a Manufacturing Engineer and Torque Senior Lead. She worked with Ford Motor Company for more than two decades before leaving in 2014.

Highly involved in her community, she is a Deacon at her church, a United Way Worldwide supporter, and is certified as a Six Sigma Black Belt. Ms. Jemison-Smith is also a volunteer for the Detroit High School Stem Program and remains involved with the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.

She has been recognized as a Top Executive by Marquis Who’s Who and as a Woman of Color in STEM at a STEM Conference, along with many other awards and honors throughout her career.

Looking to the future, Ms. Jemison-Smith plans to start her own business in procedural writing, accreditation, and ISO standards, and is researching procedural writing and testing methods for cannabis products.

Mark E. Sinko

Audio Engineer Salmon Peak Recording Studio San Antonio, TX

San Antonio, TX — Mark E. Sinko is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Distinguished Engineer for his excellence in the Music Production field and in acknowledgment of his work with Salmon Peak Recording Studio.

With five decades of experience in the music business, Mark Sinko is a true industry veteran who has remained on the cutting edge of recording and engineering technology. He has excelled since 2002 as the owner and operator of Salmon Peak Recording Studio, based in the Southern Texas hill country of San Antonio. Designed and constructed by Jack Piercy of Acoustech Studio Service, a master acoustician, Salmon Peak is one of the finest recording studios worldwide.

As an experienced audio engineer, Mr. Sinko prides himself on providing his clients at Salmon Peak with a state-of-the-art acoustic environment in a warm, caring atmosphere to record their music in the way they expect it to sound.

In addition to his renowned expertise as an audio engineer, Mr. Sinko is also a talented songwriter and musician. Before entering the music recording business, he attended the prestigious Berklee College of Music and busked in the subways of Boston for several years.

As a guitarist and vocalist, Mr. Sinko’s musical experience is broad and diverse, having gigged with rock bands, opera companies, Broadway roadshows, and almost everything in between. His specialty, however, is jazz and fusion. He’s in demand both as a jazz musician and a live jazz sound engineer. Mr. Sinko attributes his success in the music business to remaining steadfast in his craft, persevering, and not giving up when times get tough. Looking back over his storied music career, one of his proudest moments came after graduating high school and working alongside the legendary rocker Jimi Hendrix in a studio setting.

Alongside his studio and performance work, Mr. Sinko also loves to support young musicians working hard to find open doors of opportunity in the music business. In the coming years, one of his personal goals is to help additional up-and-coming musicians get their music recorded and out to the public and assist them in forging ahead with their career aspirations.

In addition to his successful career in the music business, Mr. Sinko is also a dedicated husband and father. In accepting this honor, he gives his family thanks for the tremendous love and support they have shown to him.

Ricardo Rivera- Santana

Senior Facilities Manager WuXi Biologics Woodstock, CT

Woodstock, CT — Ricardo Rivera-Santana is being recognized by Continental Who’s Who as a Top Pinnacle Engineer in the Industrial Facilities Management field and in acknowledgment of his work as Senior Facilities Manager at WuXi Biologics.

With decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Rivera-Santana has excelled for many years as an engineering and facilities management professional. Since 2021, he has served as the senior manager of facility management at WuXi Biologics, a premier contract and development manufacturing organization that provides open access, integrated technology platforms for biopharmaceutical drug development.

After completing a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering in 2000 from the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Mr. Rivera-Santana continued his education with a Master of Science in management from Colorado Technical University in Colorado Springs in 2006.

From 2016 to 2021, Mr. Rivera-Santana flourished as director of product development and project and engineering manager with PISA Bio-Pharm in Albany, NY, where he spearheaded the manufacturing of medical devices and pharmaceuticals in accordance with various federal regulations and industry protocols. Beginning in 1999, Mr. RiveraSantana has prospered as a project manager and engineering professional, lending his expertise to many pharmaceutical and chemical companies and regulated manufacturing, semiconductors, and construction industries, including utilities, critical facilities, and process equipment. He brings experience leading maintenance and engineering personnel in cGMP and FDAregulated environments and is an excellent team player with management, vendors, contractors, and production/maintenance personnel.

Mr. Rivera-Santana became involved in his profession in project management because of his passion for getting things done. As a career highlight, he cites building a facility in Tijuana, Mexico, that was done during the COVID-19 pandemic nearly remotely. In the coming years, Mr. Rivera-Santana’s goal is to continue his profession grown with WuXi Biologics and work on supporting new project that he will be involved with from the ground up.

In light of this recognition, Mr. RiveraSantana wishes to acknowledge the support of his wife of 20 years, Katiria Cabrera, his two children Ryan and Kyrialis, and his mentor Sergio Medina.
