"Staging Ohrid's Landscape" represents a collection of architectural proposals made for specific sites in the city of Ohrid, with an aim to reflect on how we can best evolve to meet the challenges facing heritage preservation today and in the future by actively protecting and learning about the world’s cultural and natural heritage with a renewed sense of purpose. In that sense, the protection of the national cultural and natural heritage is enhanced by proposing sustainable development which includes newly built subtle intervention or program adaptation on the formally protected sites and places. As well elaborated are the methodological approach and teaching and learning activities held during the 9th Session of the Охрид / Ohrid Summer School of Architecture and Design mentored by Swiss architect Max Bosshard from Lucerne and Stephan Mäder form Zurich in organization of the School of Architecture and Design, University American College Skopje.
