RCF is a minority-owned furniture dealer and facilities services provider who offers excellent partnership and creative problem solving for Fifth Third Bank. RCF has supplied furniture for many of the Bank’s renovation projects, including Fifth Third Center on Fountain Square in downtown Cincinnati, Ohio.
Triversity is a minority-owned commercial building contractor offering services to Fifth Third Bank in the areas of construction management, general contracting, and design/build construction.
VMG Studios is a women-owned creative agency and video production studio. Through our collaboration with VMG, Fifth Third Bank has been able to expand reach of its Young Banker’s Club through an interactive, online version of this program.

Her unwavering commitment to driving the development and inclusion of minority, women, and small businesses has left an indelible mark on the business landscape. With a career that encompasses various roles, Icy spent 29 years at The Procter and Gamble Company, where she rose through the ranks in manufacturing and Product Supply. Her final role as the Director of Procter and Gamble’s Corporate Supplier Diversity Program showcased her dedication to fostering diversity within the corporate supply chain. Under her leadership, P&G’s annual spend with minority and women-owned businesses reached an impressive $2.3 billion. Icy’s entrepreneurial spirit led her to become the President & CEO of ATMOS 360, Inc., a globally recognized engineering service, designbuild, and manufacturing company specializing in Industrial Air Filtration equipment. Her leadership at ATMOS 360 underscored her ability to drive business success on a global scale.
Building on her expertise in supplier diversity, Icy assumed the role of Director of Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) Services for The National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC). In this capacity, she played a vital role in advancing the mission to serve as a growth engine for over 15,000 certified minority businesses, facilitating their scaling and growth to achieve economic equity. Currently serving as the Walsh Kokosing Design Build Team Diversity and Inclusion Manager for the Brent Spence Bridge Corridor Project, Icy continues to exemplify her dedication to fostering diversity and inclusion in the business world. Beyond her professional achievements, Icy has actively contributed to various community boards, roundtables, and councils, championing causes such as women and minority business development, faith outreach, and ending child poverty.
