Breathe and Be Find a quiet place, sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and relax Begin by taking a few deep breaths Then let your breathing fall into a natural pattern Focus on the air entering your nostrils

Stay here for a while Now feel the breath entering through your skin The pores of your skin all over your body are breathing Breathe slowly and deeply Feel the skin on the front of your body breathing in and out

Feel your back breathing

Breathe up from your pelvic floor, up your spine, over head and out your nose

Your whole body is consciousness

You are breathing in and out This consciousness Set aside 5 minutes, 3 times a day, and transform your life
