Redevelopment Update - February 2025
Our highly anticipated redevelopment project is progressing well, with Rubicon Design and Construct retuning to site after the Christmas break and ensuring the project stays on schedule and within budget.
Civil works are progressing well, with footing installation complete and the retaining wall foundation poured. Key milestones have been set, with major works such as the erection of the tensile steel structure commencing in the coming months.
The next key milestone is 14 February 2025, when all below-ground works and backfilling will be completed, the perimeter retaining wall constructed, and the steel framework between the columns erected. From there, BioScapes will begin preparing the foundation for the synthetic greens, with MakMax arriving in March.
