PRODUCT FOCUS A parking cooler - or additional air conditioning unit - cools the cab for driver safety and comfort during rest periods or when vehicles are parked up (loading or unloading). It is connected to the vehicle's battery and operates via an electrical compressor when the engine is switched off. In the context of this high power consumption, Renault Trucks recommends fitting a GEL battery.
