Our objective is to provide you with day-to-day support, to maximise the amount of time your vehicle is available for carrying out its intended function.

Supporting you - ensuring that your vehicle has access to the most efficient services.

Thanks to the development and implementation of a Personalised Maintenance Schedule (PMS), you have a maintenance and servicing schedule that is compliant with manufacturer standards, tailored to meet the specific requirements of your vehicle.

Supporting you, also entails providing you with the necessary recommendations for managing and optimising your operating costs. Start & Drive maintenance contracts allow you to schedule fixed monthly costs over a period of up to 5 years, covering all essential vehicle maintenance operations. Furthermore, with our fixed-price maintenance, we aim to provide an optimal response to each of your requirements; whether for nearly-new vehicles or older ranges, issuing you in advance with a pricing structure inclusive of parts and labour.

RENAULT TRUCKS INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY The Renault Trucks Warranty comprises a 12-month basic warranty and a 24-month extended service term, providing the customer with comprehensive protection against any production or equipment faults on the vehicle during the warranty period.

1st year warranty The Renault Trucks vehicle 1st year warranty is valid for 12 months with unlimited mileage and is applicable from the date of delivery (date of first registration) of the vehicle listed in the warranty certificate. The warranty commitment also covers specific accessories and equipment supplied and installed by the manufacturer at the time of purchase agreement. Items under special warranty such as superstructures, additional equipment, etc. are not covered by the Renault Trucks warranty but are covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer in question.

2nd year warranty – driveline components This is an extended* warranty covering a limited mileage, applicable from the date of first delivery (date of first registration) and with a vehicle age limit of 24 months.

NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY - SERVICING & NORMAL WEAR Precluding quality issues, the product will always require servicing and, as a result, adjustment and / or replacement of parts after a certain period or mileage interval. This is considered to be normal wear or servicing and is not covered by the Renault Trucks warranty.

RENAULT TRUCKS GENUINE PARTS For the warranty to be valid, it is important to have servicing and repairs carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations and using genuine parts where possible. If this is not possible, the oils and lubricants must be compliant with Renault Trucks standards.

Furthermore, the vehicle must be maintained in accordance with the stipulated servicing instructions, following the Renault Trucks preventive maintenance schedule, otherwise the warranty will be void.

This means that the service checks and oil changes must be carried out and recorded in the applicable servicing and warranty documents and in accordance with manufacturer instructions.

Repairs carried out under warranty must be performed by a Renault Trucks-approved workshop. Such workshops are the best-equipped (specific tool and skills) and are recommended for performing servicing and repair operations, even after the warranty period has expired.

Remember that behind our approved workshops there is the entire Renault Trucks manufacturer organisation, ready to assist and support you whatever your requirements.

WARRANTY SCOPE LIMITATIONS The warranty is not applicable if Renault Trucks can prove that the equipment or manufacturing fault at the Renault Trucks production facility subject to the warranty claim is a result of the following: Accident. Abnormal operating conditions.

Modification. Surrounding objects.

Overloading. Inadequate or incorrect maintenance or repair.

Non-adherence to guidelines.
