Our activities in Morocco Apave is an international group with over 150 years of experience in risk management. Our employees work at the request of our customers on regulatory and non-regulatory risk management assignments in over 50 countries. Focus on technical building control

Check the reliability of your facilities and the compliance of your industrial sites, infrastructures, buildings, equipment and processes. Apave offers you statutory and nonstatutory inspections to ensure personal safety, prevent accidents and protect the environment.

From the design stage right through to handover, we help our public and private clients to prevent the risks associated with their construction projects.

The aim of technical building control is to prevent technical hazards that could lead to accidents, and to check compliance with building regulations for both buildings and civil engineering structures.

It is essential to check that the rules of the trade have been followed and that the various regulations affecting the construction or renovation project have been taking into account, particularly in order to obtain a tenyear guarantee from insurers.
