IN PERSON EVENTS ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD

Minimums:

Domestic: 25 people with a 3-week lead time International: 50 people with a 7-week lead time

What to Expect:

Step 1: Contact us at least 3 weeks prior to your event (7 weeks for international), choose from our pre-determined collections or we can create a custom collection that fits your vision and budget.

Step 2: In the weeks leading up to your event, we’ll be in touch to work through all the details—including exact times, number of guests and any custom options you would like to include.

Step 3: Our event specialist will arrive the day before your event to ensure ample time to meet with the on-site staff and review the event. The day of the event, we will setup with abundant inventory, and staff the event to provide a true brand experience, then handle tear down and final inventory.

Pricing:

Package pricing is calculated from a blended dollar cost average (DCA) of the retail price point of each style within your collection, and the number of recipients receiving their gift. Pre-set collections are available, or we can create a custom collection specific to your group and your budget, with access to any of the styles we manufacture. The DCA is applied no matter what pair is selected from the collection, so it’s one set price point per person making budgeting easy. We always provide a complimentary case and cleaning cloth if custom items are not created, and the only additional costs are for shipping the product and display to and from the event, and any additional duties or taxes. Custom: Enhance your experience by adding any logo, artwork or watermark to a sunglass case, cleaning cloth or pouch to commemorate your event.

Personalized: Add your attendee’s name to a case, pouch or cleaning cloth to go that extra mile and add that personal touch.

Travel Expenses:

Maui Jim covers airfare, meals, incidentals and transportation for onsite staff. We only request you provide hotel accommodations.

Prescription:

The majority of our sunglasses can be upgraded to prescription lenses. Any recipient requesting prescription information will be given an instruction card guiding them through the process.
