In a total isolation (dry) solenoid valve, fluid only touches the valve body and the separation lever/ diaphragm. This protects the fluid from metallic contamination and excessive temperature changes.

Decades of experience in controlling critical flow of air, gas, water, oil and steam across many industries go into the design of ASCO solenoid valves.

M5 to 2” BSP and NPT thread forms, and is complemented by both standard and latching coil designs with WRAS approval on many models.

Pinch solenoid valves can control any fluids that are compatible with the tubing material, protecting the fluid from all contamination and temperature changes. These valves are suitable for many uses, particularly the control of physiological, medical and food fluids.

The portfolio ranges from two-position on/off valves to complete flow control systems and integrated installations.

ASCO 2-way, 3-way and 4-way solenoid valves can handle most fluid control applications in commercial and industrial environments.

The range includes ATEX and IECEx certified valves for use in hazardous areas.

Peter Paul manufactures quality solenoid valves including high flow, explosion proof, high pressure, plastic, safety and mini valves.

Magnatrol manufacture high quality 2-way bronze and stainless steel solenoid valves, from 3/8” to 3”. They offer superior performance, and reliability.

The valves cover a wide range of industries which include chemical, power, petroleum, pharmaceuticals, water and waste, metal, textile, food, pulp & paper and marine.

2-way normally open, 2-way normally closed, 3-way, high flow, high pressure, explosion proof, low pressure, low watt, magnetic latching, manifolds, miniature and mini valves in plastic, brass, stainless steel and aluminium.

There are solenoid valves that operate with power as low as 0.5 watt to pressures as high as 3,000 psi.

Body options are available from M5 to 2”.

There is a multitude of mounting and operational options.

Peter Paul solenoid valves are used in a number of sectors including pneumatics & hydraulics, medical, food, oil & gas, transportation & commercial/industrial.

Magnatrol’s degreasing and black light testing facility also allows adapted valves to be suitable for cryogenic fluids including liquid oxygen (-297°F), liquid argon (-303°F) and liquid nitrogen (-320°F). Other specialities include valves for brine, sandy well water and gritty coolant.

Clark Cooper are the specialist adaptation arm of the Magnatrol Valve Corporation and produce ¼” to 2” valves operating up to pressures of 15,000 psi. The valve range has been adapted to the requirements of the emerging hydrogen dispensing markets and is available in oxygen clean versions.

HYGIENIC ACTUATION & VALVE SOLUTIONS Guth Ventiltechnik GmbH have been producing high-quality stainless steel process components for more than 150 years.

They are now one of the market leaders in the production and supply of hygienic ball and butterfly valves in control automation packages.

Specialist Guth valves include: Double butterfly valves with two valve discs (separated by a leakage space) which offer extra safety in areas where contamination prevention is critical.

Double-seat valves among the most modern, leak-proof valves on the market. Two independently controllable valve plates with non-pressurised leakage discharge prevent incompatible process media from mixing.

Additional automation options include sensor monitoring via PLC, ASi-BUS or IO-Link control head to emergency-stop function and valve position display.

ATEX versions are also available for gas and dust areas (Zones 1/21 and 2/22).

The Guth product line is supported and enhanced by the Main Flow Control Group with sample valves, non return valves, bunging (safety) valves, tank valves, inclined valves.

Bernard Controls have been designing and manufacturing quarter-turn and multiturn electric actuators and associated control systems for over 80 years. With three manufacturing plants and 17 sales and services units, they employ over 450 people worldwide. One of the top 3 for industrial valve and damper automation, Bernard Controls supply the industrial, power, water, and oil & gas industries with dedicated options. They are a world leader in nuclear.

Valpes quarter-turn and multi-turn electric actuators are available from 10Nm to 2,400Nm.

Actuators from 15Nm to 610,000Nm (with gearbox) are available in quarter turn, multi turn, modulating or failsafe options. Control features include integral local control, Intelli+ communication, modulation and positioning technology, ESD systems and interfacing fieldbus communication systems.

Control voltage ranges are available from 12vDC to 400/3/50Hz and, by incorporating Valpes’ multi-voltage sensing technology, most voltages in between!

On-off design, battery failsafe, positioning (0-10v, 0-20mA and 4-20mA) and Bluetooth functionality (via the Axmart app) are available with most model types.

Ingress protection from IP65 through to IP68 on standard products.

ATEX-rated actuators are available from 25Nm to 1000Nm with full control functionality.

Special design models for marine and shipboard vibration applications are also internationally certified.

ELECTRICALLY ACTUATED PACKAGES Zoedale supply a comprehensive range of high quality quarter-turn and multi-turn electrically actuated valve assemblies, providing you with a one-stop shop for your actuated valve requirements.

Standard ball valve assemblies are available in brass, stainless steel, cast iron, carbon steel and PVC in 2-way and 3-way configurations. Ball valves can be supplied with either threaded, weld or flanged end connections, with many “specialist” ball valve options available up to 24” and 500 bar on request.

Butterfly valve assemblies are available in standard wafer and lugged cast iron body with Rilsan coated, stainless steel or aluminium bronze disc. Standard liner materials NBR FKM EPDM and PTFE on EPDM. Other valve options include: Rising and non-rising stem gate valves, hygienic stainless steel butterfly valve options with threaded, weld and clamp ends.

PP and PVC wafer butterfly valves with EPDM. Special fully certified valve options including WRAS.

PNEUMATIC ACTUATION PNEUMATIC ACTUATORS The Omal standard hard anodised aluminium Scotch yoke, double acting and spring return quarter-turn pneumatic actuators are available with output torques from 8Nm to 10,000Nm. All actuators have output mounting flanges according to EN ISO 5211, NAMUR interface and end of travel adjustment.

Stainless steel (cast and from bar), carbon steel and heavy duty carbon steel actuators provide increased torque outputs to 30,000Nm. Upgrade options of special coatings and internal seals are available to cover extremes of working conditions.

ATEX versions conforming with directive 2014/34/EU are also available.

The new Rackon range uses a rack and pinion design. Double acting and spring return actuators with torques up to 480Nm provide a solution for constant torque drive applications with the security of SIL3 certification.

Omal special design actuators include: two stage actuation, epoxy coating, integrated handwheel, low/high temperature models and low pressure control actuators.

Ball valves can be supplied with either threaded, weld or flanged end connections with many “specialist” ball valve options available up to 24” and 500 bar on request.

PP and PVC wafer butterfly valves with EPDM.

PNEUMATIC VALVE AUTOMATION PNEUMATIC VALVES The Omal Angle seat piston valve range has been designed to minimise head loss and maximise media flow through the valve.

Pneumatic functionality is available in Double Acting versions, Spring Return Normally Closed (from above and below the plug) and Spring Return Normally Open from below the plug.

Bodies are available in either brass and stainless steel and from 3/8” to 2”. Connections are supplied in threaded, weld, clamp ends and PN16 flanges.

The VIP coaxial brass bodied valve is available in both pneumatically controlled Double Acting and Spring Return Normally Closed and Normally Open models and in sizes ranging from 3/8” to 2”. VIP valves can be fitted in any mounting position and are available with seals in NBR, FKM or EPDM to suit a range of flow media. Working pressures of 10 bar apply to the standard versions.

The VIP EVO valve is the next generation of the standard VIP valve.

The VIP Evo benefits from all the original functionality and operating features of the original VIP, light-weight compact design, low air consumption, long service life and fast operating speed but now has the added bonus of enhanced working pressure of 40 bar.

All VIP and EVO versions are available with Namur interface for direct solenoid valve mounting and limit switches for travel indication and feedback.

Versions for vacuum, oxygen service and ATEX configuration are available on request.

Molex manufacture the world-renowned mPm DIN plug connectors with standard options of LED illumination, integrated diode circuits protectIng against overvoltage peaks, and IP67 rated prewired cable units. Solenoid valves and sensors are protected from dust and water via the screw and gasket. Standard and prewired cable options available.

SPECIALIST VALVES Omal Specialist Valve Division supply high quality ball valves in stainless steel or carbon steel. Pressure ratings up to PN500 and ANSI2500. Sizes up to 24” (DN600).

Magnum wafer and split wafer design 2-way valves in stainless steel and carbon steel in PN16-40 (ANSI150-300), PN63-100 (ANSI600). 3-way (4 seal) version in PN16-40 (ANSI150).

Thor split body 2-way valves in full and reduced bore design. PN16-40 (ANSI150-300), PN63-100 (ANSI600) and ANSI 900-1500. 3-way (4 seal) version in PN16-40 (ANSI150).

Hercules high pressure carbon steel and stainless steel ball valves available from 1/8” to ½” PN500/7000 psi, ¾” and 1” PN400/6000 psi, 1.1/4” to 2” PN320/4500 psi. Dedicated media and application based solutions covering high cycle design and non lubricated media design.

Supreme trunnion ball valves available from 2” DN50 to 24” DN600. Pressure options from ANSI150 to ANSI2500. Bespoke range for customer’s detailed operational requirements.

Omal specialist valves in bare shaft, lever or gearbox operation and pneumatic and electric actuation. ATEX, EAC, API6D and SIL certification on request.

With the backing of more than 50 years’ experience ORBINOX produces a wide range of high quality uni and bi-directional knife gate valves, penstocks/slide gates, dampers and valves.

These are used for hydraulic works in many demanding industrial sectors including water treatment, mining, power generation, pulp and paper, food and beverage, petrochemicals, the steel industry, air separation and dams, reservoirs and hydro.

Schischek quarter turn electric actuators are available in on/off, spring return or modulating design from 5Nm to 150Nm in IP66 and IP67. Schischek products are ISO 9001 & ATEX certified.

Valve solutions are available with handwheel or pneumatic and electric actuation with adjustable position sensing control.
