Long-term OEM Automatic markets and sells components for industrial automation.

For more than 20 years we have developed a close co-operation with specialised suppliers from all over the world acting as their own sales organisation on the UK market.

Uniquely wide range We offer a product range from 30 leading suppliers. By acting as their local organisation with total responsibility for sales we offer a product range unique both in terms of width and depth.

It therefore enables you to minimise the number of your purchasing channels. We actively develop our product range to meet your specific requirements.

Competence through specialisation Our organisation is divided into product areas. All products have a dedicated Product Specialist who is responsible for supporting customers with a high level of technical and application advice. Our sales staff can assist you in choosing the right components for any applications.

Efficient logistics We can deliver over 7,000 products directly from our warehouse. All orders received before 1630 are sent the same day. Our warehouse personnel are responsible for despatching approximately 20,000 orders annually and assuring that products arrive to our customers safely and on time.

Product specialists Our product specialists have deep knowledge of their products. They are responsible for product range development, contact with suppliers as well as product support for salesmen and customers.

Customer support/ order handling Our customer support staff provide fast and effective service via telephone. They receive orders and answer questions regarding delivery times and order status.

Product catalogue and customer magazine Each product in our catalogue has a detailed description and full technical specifications, drawings and order numbers. Three times a year you receive information about the latest product news in the form of our customer magazine Inside Automation.

LOGISTICS If we receive your order before 1630 we will send the goods the same day on a ‘next day’ service.

We currently carry over 7,000 different articles in stock in our Leicester warehouse and currently deliver around 50,000 order lines/year.
