We work in close cooperation with specialised manufacturers – leaders in their industry. OEM Automatic has full responsibility for all sales presenting customers with over 10 000 products from over 80 manufacturers.
Our specialised product managers contain a high level of technical and application knowledge. This is due to their direct and regular cooperation with their manufacturers and development departments.
The five product divisions To take full advantage of our product knowledge we have created a sales structure based on five sectors offering specialised product groupings. Each business area has its own team of sales engineers and product managers. This structure provides the highest level of competence and technical expertise making it easier for the customer to find the best solution.

DELIVERY
– precision and punctuality Our logistics centre is located in the Swedish town of Tranås. The main warehouse is located in Warsaw so efficiently serves customer orders from across Poland. All orders placed before 12:00 will be despatched the same day for delivery to you the very next day.
Accuracy and timeliness of delivery is one of our core priorities. We constantly develop our logistics system in order to guarantee the best possible level of service. As a result, our customers can be sure that the right product reaches them at the right time, and the delivery will take place in a preferred manner.
Personalised solutions Our goal is to provide our customers with optimal and flexible solutions. In addition to our standard offering we can also provide customers with products outside of the range manufactured by our suppliers to customers specifications. We call this 'tailor made'.

OEM Quality Development
CSR – Corporate Social Responsibility
Developing the quality is one of the key elements in our company to maintains our competitive advantage. Adopted by our quality management system (OEM Quality Development) allows us to continually make improvements leading to greater security of supply and the extension of the offer. We want to provide customers with products in line with their expectations, needs and requirements, creating a good climate of cooperation and trust.
In December 2013, the Supervisory Board OEM establishes a common "code of conduct" for all OEMs. It is a set of guidelines for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and is committed to conducting business in a responsible manner, and support sustainable development. The code includes a set of 10 principles, 3 of which most importantly relate to human rights, the fight against corruption and environmental responsibility. CSR is a natural part of a professional management company. The activities in the area of CSR have a positive impact on many aspects eg.: strengthen the brand, enhance the attractiveness of the company as a potential employer, they tend to make more efficient use of available resources and minimise various risks. In the years 2014-2015 the OEM has implemented a total of more than 140 activities, which included various areas of CSR. In the current year and subsequent years, the company will continue to focus on CSR and identify the next steps of the "Code of Conduct".
Quality certification We would like to provide products that deserve the recognition of our customers. Quality is our company's strategic importance, as we want to be perceived as a reliable company, which inspires respect among both customers and competitors. In order to implement the above quality policy was implemented and operates a Quality Management System compliant with PN-EN ISO 9001: 2009 and AQAP 2130: 2009. It is maintained and improved with the full involvement of management and all employees.
