Following our acquisition of Datasensor UK at the end of last year, we took over responsibility for Datalogic’s sensor and safety business. Of course Datalogic are also a worldwide market leader in barcode systems and we have seen a strong interest for these products from our existing customers. Our team are fully trained in these products and are able to offer on site or remote support so please give us a call if you need barcode readers. Viscosity compensated flow switch With the launch of the HR2V Honsberg has completed their range of viscosity compensated flow indicators and switches, designed to accurately measure the flow of oil with varying viscosities.

The HR2V utilises a specially designed piston and flow chamber to accommodate oils with varying viscosity whilst maintaining an accurate measurement of the flow through the unit.

Doubled up The RE92 is an advanced ‘Dual Loop’ process controller that has two universal inputs and can control two independent processes.

Now you can select one common controller for all your control types, as the RE92 offers the choice of simple ON/OFF control, Smart PID with auto tune or step control built in to the one unit.

mPm completes the range with circuits! mPm completes its field –attachable, external thread valve connectors with the introduction of DIN form B, C and micro DIN versions with electronic circuits that complement the existing Form A connectors.

Options include a bi-polar LED power-on indicator, LED with blocking diodes to protect against over voltage or peaks when switching off or bi-polar LED with a voltage dependant resister (VDR) to protect supply and switch.

Available with 24Vdc, 115Vac and 230Vac circuit options.

The external-nut design on the mPm DIN valve connector series provides a greater and more consistent torque for a uniform seal between connector and cable, with 20% greater cable retention force over internal nut designs for increased reliability. When assembled the connectors achieve an IP67 seal allowing for a wide range of rugged applications to be satisfied by the new DIN’s with circuits.

Pressure switches go electronic!

Suco continue to advance their development of pressure monitoring and switching products with the launch of a range of electronic pressure switches based on Silicon on Sapphire technology (SoS).

Suco specify SoS for its proven ability to perform in demanding applications such as the mobile hydraulics industry. When combined with wetted parts in Stainless Steel and Titanium, pressure ranges up to 600 bar with high overpressure built-in, the switches are suitable for virtually every application that may arise.

Solid state relay range expanded The “Series One DR” range of solid state relays offer a ready to use DIN rail mount solution with no external heat sink required.

Compact and cost effective!

The new S15 series of M18 tubular sensors are offered in both plastic and stainless steel IP69K housing versions.

Plastic versions are recommended for cost and space savings, both plastic and metal housing types are available with a wide selection of sensing functions, ranging from 4m retro reflective to 1m diffuse proximity, 120mm background suppression and 20m through beam.

Each model is available with or without trimmer for setting which enables the sensors to be used in a variety of applications such as assembly and conveyor lines, processing and packaging machinery.

In order to maximise the installation flexibility, the sensor connectivity is available with 2m cable or M12 4-pole connector. A dedicated input allows the Light/ Dark model selection.

Modules with integrated LED for 50mm signal tower range The established modular 50mm signal tower range from Auer now has a new option for dedicated light modules with integrated LED’s.

Previously this range only allowed a solution using BA15d LED lamps fitted in standard light modules. These new modules incorporate latest technology, high performance LED’s in steady, flashing, single strobe and multi strobe options.

When compared with a traditional 1 Joule Xenon strobe the LED equivalent offers a similar signalling effect at a similar price but with all the advantages of much longer

lifetime, reduced nominal current and excellent shock/vibration resistance.

Safety light curtains with easy muting Thanks to the use of pre-assembled, pre-cabled and pre-aligned muting sensors Datalogic’s SG body compact and SG BIG light curtains are ideal for applications that require the muting function.

New CANopen encoders with through hollow shaft up to 15mm Kübler complements their F multiturn family of products with robust highresolution CANopen encoders with a through hollow shaft up to 15mm for a compact size of only 58mm.
