We also offer courses on product selection, as well as hands-on training in bearing assembly, both at our own facilities and on-site with the customer.

Our customer support group is much appreciated for the assistance it provides during order placement, along with information it provides about the delivery and technical advice.

Exactly the right product based on our customer’s needs During our 30 years in the business, we’ve acquired extensive product and application knowledge. We use a very effective seven-step project process for collecting the right information about the customer’s needs, then, selecting exactly the right product based on that. It results in solutions that are technically and commercially optimal.

Wide range = quick delivery Internordic maintains a wide-ranging inventory of standard products in the categories of bearing, seals and locking mechanisms. Because of that, we are able to delivery quickly and efficiently.

Orders received before 4 p.m. are dispatched from our warehouse on the same day. On our website, we also have an online system for placing orders along with other functions and tools, like: – checking the number of parts in stock – checking the list price or your own agreed prices and discounts – seeing your order history – creating your own order forms, etc.

At our warehouse in Nässjö, it is also possible for us to keep a safety stock of customer-specific solutions, special products or large volumes of standard products. All of it is aimed at providing quick, assured deliveries and a flexible capacity.

iBec – Swedish quality made in China

iBec is the name of Internordic’s own operations in China for customized bearing solutions and modified standard products. The focus of these operations is on two areas: – Evaluating and developing collaboration with a large number of manufacturers.

It helps us choose the right manufacturer based on the product specification.

– Ensuring that a product is always delivered exactly according to the specifications. iBec has a modern, high-tech test centre for testing such things as the dimensions, tolerances, surface fineness and hardness. It also checks that the product contains exactly the right type of steel. We can put identification labels on our components using laser marking and traceability is always highly prioritized for all of our deliveries.

Seals & Locking mechanisms Our Seals & Lockings Business Area has specialist expertise in all types of seals, o-ring and locking mechanisms.
