OECD SEED SCHEMES
The OECD Seed Schemes are a set of procedures, measures and
techniques that aim to ensure the varietal identity and purity of internationally traded seeds. The present guidelines for control plot tests and field inspection of seed crops are intended to advice National Designated Authorities on methods and techniques to determine varietal purity and identity at different stages of seed production.
GUIDELINES FOR CONTROL PLOT TESTS AND FIELD INSPECTION OF SEED CROPS
The methods described have been found to provide accurate and
reliable results. The guidelines have been approved by OECD member and non-Member countries that participate in the OECD Seed Schemes and exchange certified seed in international trade.
