9.1 Handling goods

Resa Expo Logistic offers logistics solutions to suit your needs. “One-stop shop” solutions where we take care of the entire process of collecting goods, transport, unloading at Fira, collecting and return delivery, with online tracking of the status of your shipments.

Simple logistics services

- Transit or forwarding services. - Customs management: ATA carnet, temporary and permanent imports, transits. - Shipments by road, air, or sea. Airport and port procedures. Express service. - Fork-lift truck services, with or without driver, for loads from 1 MT to 17 MT. - Cranes and crane trucks from 20 MT to 200 MT. - Moving boats from 200 kg to 40 MT displacement weight, with our own tools. - Articulating cranes and scissor lifts for aerial work from 6 m to 40 m working height. - Support personnel for booth construction or supporting tasks. Logistics supervisors. - Collection, storage, and return of empty packaging during the fair. - Goods storage at any time. - Construction hardware supply services. - All types of special transport. Personal external storage facilities (in partnership with Bluespace).

- All services will be charged by the hour, respecting minimum times. - Price rates do not include VAT. - The basic price rates are valid from 8 am to 8 pm on working days. - Outside this period, contracted services will incur the following surcharges: 8 pm to 8 am + 50% / Saturdays or public holidays + 50%. - All our services must be paid for in advance, or if applicable, before the end of the month, at our offices in the trade fair site, in cash or by cheque, by Visa, Eurocard, or Mastercard, or by bank transfer to Banc Sabadell/Atlántico, Avda. de Madrid, 188, account no. 0081 0557 19 0001113820. - Services can be cancelled at no cost up to 24 hours before the planned start time. - Resa Expo Logistic insures its services up to a maximum of 24,000 euros per accident, offering customers extended coverage at very competitive prices. Extended coverage must be ordered in advance. - Integrated services cover all logistics services for a flat fee (one stop shop). - Boat Show flat fee: includes moving the boat into and out of the site, for a flat fee. - Goods storage: keeping and guarding goods in our warehouses (weekly rate). Includes transport to and from the warehouse (unloading and loading). If goods are stored for more than one week, there will be a surcharge of €25/m 3 per week. All packages and objects must be properly identified by labels, which we supply to the client.

- Storage of empty containers: collecting containers from your booth and returning them later. Goods worth over €100 must be declared. - Delivery times will begin 2 hours after the end of the fair, or when hoisting equipment can be brought into the sites, and will end before 8 am the next day. Materials worth over €100 will only be delivered at the specific request of the client, and in their presence. If clients do not declare the value of goods, this means that they accept responsibility for them. Packaging must be properly prepared and/or shrink-wrapped for handling. On contracting the service, the client will be given identification labels to fill in and stick to each item or package. Resa can provide package-strapping equipment to ensure stability, for an additional fee. - Transport and forwarding: in addition to the above items for total logistic services. This can include customs management and insurance.

- Clients contracting services without drivers implicitly accept responsibility for the correct use of the machinery provided, and will be liable for any loss or damages arising from misuse or negligence. - Logistics services by the hour include the use of machinery and personnel for the stated period only. Clients must perform the forwarding tasks or deal with the transport companies. Clients will be responsible for the correct loading and stability of the products being handled if hiring fork-lift trucks with driver by the hour.
