DIVERSE LANDSCAPE
Wetlands and Uplands
With approximately two-thirds a mix of pine forests, wooded areas, and open grasslands, and one-third wetlands, there are diverse ecosystems to attract an array of wildlife. The combination of terrain allows for different hunting experiences, from open plains for larger game, to hammocks for deer & turkey, and wetlands for waterfowl.
Lakes
There’s two artesian-fed and well-stocked lakes, one of which spans 5.5 acres and 27 feet in depth. Here you can fish for largemouth bass, Georgia giants brim, blue gill, and shell crackers.
LOG CABIN
This 5-bed, 5-bath lakeside lodge pairs rustic elegance with modern comfort. Built in 2010, it features a galvanized metal roof, impact windows, dual 2023 AC units, two propane tanks, a generator, and instant hot water heaters. Highlights include:
• Three-story mezzanine with trophy displays
• Tongue-and-groove pine walls, slate floors, and a double-sided stone fireplace
• Chef’s kitchen with oak cabinetry, granite counters, DCS gas range, double ovens, Wolf fryer, and dual islands

CLUBHOUSE
Across from the lodge, the clubhouse offers a timeless retreat with cypress walls, oak floors, and a vaulted 9’ ceiling with recessed lighting. A natural stone fireplace and leather chairs create a warm, inviting ambiance. Just outside, two walk-in coolers and a covered pavilion provide space to grill, dine, and unwind.
