HOW TO USE A DINING PLAN
Your customers can enjoy a wide range of delicious dining options across Walt Disney World Resort in Florida with their dining plan.
WHAT IS A DINING PLAN?
Guests can use their Free Disney Quick-Service Meal, Disney Quick-Service Dining Plan or Disney Dining Plan in exchange for a wide range of meals, drinks and snacks* throughout their stay at the Disney Parks, Disney Resort hotels, Disney Springs and Disney's Boardwalk
The Free Quick-Service Meal and Disney Quick-Service Plan are available to redeem at over 90 locations, while the Disney Dining Plan offers even more choice with over 170 locations.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
• Your customers' meals and snacks* are loaded onto their Disney band or card. They simply touch their Disney band or card to the magic point when they purchase snacks* or meals.
They’ll get a receipt from their server showing their updated meal balance.
If your customers want to eat light one day and splurge the next – no problem! They can enjoy multiple meals or snacks* until their total allocation has been redeemed, right up to midnight on their reservation checkout date.

Reservations are recommended!
Table-Service, Character Dining and Signature Restaurants book up quickly, but your customers can make reservations starting 60 days prior to their visit. Dining reservations are bookable on www.mydisneyexperience.co.uk
Quick-Service meals are great for casual dining or pit stops in the parks, while Table-Service meals are perfect when Guests want to relax over their meal
If your customers have something to celebrate, they can experience fine dining with a distinctly magical flair at one of the Fine/Signature restaurants in exchange for two Table-Service meal credits per person. Restrictions apply.
Snacks* are available at Quick-Service restaurants and outdoor food carts throughout the Resort, including drinks, popcorn, ice cream and fresh fruit.
Dining Plans are not available for guests under the age of 3, but they can share from an adult plate at no charge , or a separate meal may be purchased from the menu.
Once in Resort, Guests can use the My Disney Experience app^^ to make dining reservations, access menus, pre-order food at Quick-Service venues.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Meals are non-transferable between party members and expire at midnight on the Disney Resort reservation checkout date. Children aged 3-9 inclusive (at time of visit) must order from the children’s menu where available dining plans are not valid for children under 3 years. Please note that the locations may be subject to change. Dining plans provide everyone in the party (ages 3 and over) a specific number of meals and snacks per day per person based on the number of nights of a Disney Resort stay. Certain menu items may incur an additional cost. Gratuities are not included except at dinner shows, private in-room dining, and Cinderella's Royal Table. An 18% gratuity will automatically be added to the bill for parties of six or more. An additional form of payment is required if gratuities are added and if a credit card has not been provided at check-in for charging incidentals and other expenses. Theme Park admission is required for some dining locations. Advance restaurant reservations are strongly recommended and may be required at some Table-Service restaurants participating in the dining plan. Operating hours, menus, Characters, entertainment, participating locations, components and terms are subject to change without notice. Walt Disney World Resort shall not be responsible for the non-utilization of package components due to refurbishing, capacity, closures, inclement weather or any circumstance beyond their control.
