Setting the scene Solterra Resort is an exclusive gated community featuring contemporary 5- and 6-bedroom homes designed for relaxed Florida living. Each property includes a private pool and covered lanai, creating an inviting outdoor space for sun-soaked afternoons and easy al fresco dining.
Location Solterra Resort is located approximately 9 miles from the gates of Walt Disney World Resort. Highway 192 is a short drive away, while Interstate 4 is within easy reach, offering convenient access to Central Florida’s attractions, shopping, and dining. A selection of well-known golf courses is also nearby, along with Posner Park Shopping Center.
Facilities & amenities The resort offers a strong selection of on-site facilities, centred around an impressive clubhouse with a fitness centre and an on-site restaurant. Guests can also enjoy a resort-style community pool with cabanas, tennis courts, beach volleyball, a play field, a dedicated “Tot Lot” for younger children, and a scenic walking trail that winds through the community.
Dining
Each home features a modern, fully fitted kitchen. Facilities may include an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and a full range of crockery, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Local shops and supermarkets are easily accessible for fresh ingredients, while dining out is also convenient thanks to the wide variety of restaurants across the area. As homes are individually furnished, dining table sizes may vary and may not accommodate full party seating at one time.
Room Info Homes include a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. Additional bedrooms sleep up to two guests each and may include twin beds, a double bed, or bunk beds, supported by an additional bathroom. Things you should know -Pool heating is available and can be added at the time of booking for an additional charge. This is recommended during the months of October to April. -All Solterra Resort guests (including Villatel Village) must register for a resort parking permit on arrival. Vehicles not registered and without a permit may be towed without warning. Ocean Beds and Solterra Resort cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred in retrieving a vehicle. -On arrival, guests must visit Vesta Desk Services at the clubhouse to register for the parking permit and pay the resort fee (if applicable). -An optional Resort Fee applies for guests wishing to access the communal amenities, including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, tennis, common green areas, and the gym. -The fee is $39.20 for 1–12 guests and $50.40 for 13+ guests (inclusive of taxes). The charge is per property for the duration of the stay. -This fee is optional and only applies if access to the resort amenities is required. Guests who opt out will not be charged. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $8 per day (capped at $120) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in. All clients must have completed registration to allow them to download their accommodation voucher approx. 5 days prior to their arrival date
