morning salt air walk, run or take an easy bike ride along the Boardwalk and Downtown side streets. Don’t forget breakfast or brunch! There are many restaurants and eateries open and ready to serve your morning cravings. Mornings are a fun time to explore all the unique shops and take time to admire the magnificent scenery at a slow pace. Renting a bike is easy too. There are plenty of downtown locations to choose from, and a large selection of bikes, surreys and peddle cars at your disposal. Biking is allowed on the Boardwalk every day in July and August from 2 a.m. to noon of the same day. Relax on our beautiful beach all day, but swim
near a lifeguard. Lifeguards are on duty from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. seven-days a week all along the ocean shoreline. Keep your feet in the sand until the lifeguard is in the stand. If you’re up for more lively water adventures, head on over to the bay side between Dorchester and N.1st Street where you will find boating, parasailing and Wave Runner rentals, as well as fishing and nature sightseeing charters.
