On Call Architectural Services

Mayor & City Council Ocean City (Town) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to provide Architectural Services (:Services”) as needed and for said Services to be in conformity with the specifications detailed in the Proposal Documents. Proposal Documents for the On Call Architectural Services may be obtained from the Town’s Procurement Department by either e-mailing the Procurement Manager, Catrice Parsons, at cparsons@oceancitymd.gov or by calling 410-723-6647 during normal business hours, or via the Bid tab on the Town’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this website for addenda prior to submitting their proposals. The Town is not responsible for the content of any Proposal Document received through any third-party service. It is the sole responsibility of the Vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Proposal Documents.

A pre-proposal meeting will NOT be held for this solicitation. The last day for questions will be noon on Thursday, February 10, 2022. The Addendum will be posted by close of business on Tuesday, February 15, 2022. Sealed Proposal Documents are due no later than Tuesday, February 22, 2022 by 1:00 p.m. at which time Vendor names will be read into record and remanded to staff for further review.
