Supervisor Kenny Boddye is a grassroots activist, community organizer, and an advocate for healthcare, criminal justice reform, education and combating homelessness. Much of his advocacy is inspired by his mother's own struggles with mental illness and resulting poverty. He overcame these circumstances, going on to graduate from Georgetown University and build a successful career in community association insurance. He applies his lived experience, penchant for policy and advocacy roots to bringing a fresh perspective to the Prince William County Board of Supervisors.
