Located in the Heart of Downtown Wichita The Historic Union Station opened its doors on March 7, 1914, serving as Wichita’s primary arrival and departure point for thousands of passengers. Designed by Louis Curtiss, Union Station closed its doors in 1979 after Amtrak discontinued its Lone Star rail line. Occidental Management renovated the building in 2013, helping to bring new life and commerce to downtown. Today, Union Station offers Class A office space with suites available between 4,000 SF and 65,000 SF.
