Everything—the presentation, the ingredients, the specials—are a result of his meticulous planning and preparation. You must try Antonio’s Signature Cheese Burrata, an appetizer of ricotta and Parmesan cheeses rolled into a ball and wrapped with a gooey layer of fresh-made mozzarella. The Delmonico Steak is perched atop a peak of smashed potatoes with a creamy brown mushroom sauce, served with a side of sauteéd spinach. Every bite is a decadent feast. Because Antonio’s is an intimate restaurant and because of the drive, reservations are highly recommended for dinner.
