2 JAS DISTILLING New to the festival this year, 2 JAS Distilling is a local distillery founded in Pittsburgh that started as a passionate hobby that got a little out of hand. After several years of making wine with friends, the founders became obsessed with the craft of distillation. What began as weekend experiments quickly turned into something much bigger. Once all the necessary permits were secured, 2 JAS Distilling started making rum using an authentic Caribbean-inspired process dating back to the 1920s. At the end of the day, 2 JAS Distilling is made of Pittsburgh locals who love great spirits, a good laugh and the process of making something exceptional from scratch.

CREEKSIDE CELLARS WINERY Established in 1995 by former union Ironworker Kevin Shaffer, Creekside Cellars Winery in Mercer is a testament to the transformative power of passion and perseverance. With determination and guidance from a local winemaking supply store, Kevin honed his craft, ultimately achieving success with his blueberry wine, which won accolades at both local and international competitions. After nearly 15 years of balancing ironworking with winemaking, Kevin decided to pursue his passion full-time, with the unwavering support of his family. Today, Creekside Cellars Winery represents Kevin’s dedication and the power of following one’s dreams.

DEAD HEAD WINERY Dead Head Winery, located in Monongahela, allows for a unique experience of enjoying a variety of wines and live music in a freshly renovated space.

They have visited multiple vineyards to handpick grapes from Pennsylvania, Michigan, Washington, Chile and California. Their wine is aged in American whiskey (Jack Daniel’s) and bourbon (Jim Beam) barrels. GIANT OAKS WINERY What began as a hobby with a single barrel has developed into tens of thousands of bottles produced annually, a customized processing cellar and a restaurant. GRUMPY GOAT DISTILLERY A newcomer to the event, the Grumpy Goat Distillery story began with a request to make “real” root beer. Every still can be likened to a distiller’s signature. With this in mind, we have built every piece of equipment used in our distillery ourselves. This allows us to customize our liquor to suit our own, and our customers’, taste. We painstakingly craft each recipe to ensure the resulting spirit is one we would serve at our own table. Grumpy Goat Distillery takes great pride in knowing that every single item is made from start to finish in our distillery. Our mashes are cooked and fermented in the basement of the distillery. We then distill our mashes in one of four 50-gallon stills, adhering to the small-batch philosophy. Each bottle is filled by hand and inspected before being placed on the shelf.

HEIST SPIRITS Heist Spirits is a small craft distillery nestled in southwestern Pennsylvania that specializes in whiskey. With a team of passionate and skilled artisans at the helm, Heist Spirits crafts a diverse lineup of spirits that captivate the senses. From their signature gin, distilled with an array of hand-picked botanicals, each bottle is a testament to the dedication and expertise of the distillers. LA VIGNETA WINERY La Vigneta Winery was a dream pursued in 2011 based on the art of winemaking learned in Sicily. After years of dedication and hard work, we have grown to make over 50,000 bottles a year and over 20 varieties. The winery is nestled on a 17-acre farm in Sarver, now offering an elevated menu and dining experience in the new tasting room. We are thrilled to continue to bring wines inspired by our family’s Italian heritage to you, right here in Pennsylvania.

MCLAUGHLIN DISTILLERY McLaughlin Distillery is a small-batch craft distillery in Sewickley that specializes in bourbon, whiskey and naturally flavored moonshines. MINGO CREEK CELLARS When our daughter got engaged, we were asked to make wine for the wedding, only to learn the venue required wine from a licensed winery, not a home winemaker. With a little encouragement from friends in the industry, we took the leap. The tasting room is at The Shoppes at Quail Acres. Our winery is rooted in both tradition and innovation. Our land holds history — it was once part of the Mingo Creek settlement during the Whiskey Rebellion — and we honor that legacy in every bottle. Surrounded by the beauty of Pennsylvania’s rolling hills, we strive to craft wines that tell a story: one of family, history, and a love for the art of winemaking.

PASSIFLORA SPRINGS WINERY Russ Bedner started Passiflora Springs Winery in 2018, after his winemaking hobby became too delicious to ignore. Winemaking is personal, and we take great pride in pressing fine grapes, fermenting, aging and bottling on-site and under the close watch of founding vintner Russ Bedner. RED FOX WINERY Back in the 90s, the Red Fox was the place to be for owner Mike and his friends. Who knew, way back then, as they danced the night away, that one day the Red Fox would be his. RED PUMP SPIRITS Red Pump Spirits is a family-owned and operated small-batch craft distillery dedicated to producing spirits of exceptional quality and founded in 2015 as the first licensed distillery in Washington County, Pa., since Prohibition.

Our operation started in a small shop dedicated to producing a rye whiskey traditional to the historic style of Western Pennsylvania. We then expanded our lineup of spirits and moved our operation to a farm in Scenery Hill, less than 15 miles from our original location. We use only select grains, fruits and spices to create our products. All of our grains come from local farmers, like The Farm at Emerald Valley and Weatherbury Farms in Avella.

THISTLETHWAITE VINEYARDS Thistlewaite Winery embraces organic farming practices, ensuring that only the finest grapes make their way into the bottles. Each wine is a labor of love, carefully handcrafted by skilled winemakers to capture the region’s unique terroir. WIGLE WHISKEY Wigle Whiskey is a small-batch craft whiskey distillery in the Strip District neighborhood of Pittsburgh. They are the most awarded craft distillery by the American Craft Spirits Association for the past decade. They source organic, locally grown grains to craft their signature spirits, ensuring a genuine and authentic taste. Their distillation process combines traditional techniques with modern innovation, resulting in a unique range of whiskeys, gins and bitters that have earned accolades for their exceptional quality and flavor profiles.
