Cortex® 0230FR Class A2 VCL Membrane The Cortex® 0230FR Class A2 VCL Membrane is an air/vapour tight membrane. It is commonly installed internally to increase airtightness, improve moisture management and energy efficiency. The membrane achieves a fire classification of Class A2-s1,d0 according to EN 13501-1 to provide an exceptionally high level of protection.
Cortex® 0210FR Class A2 Paste Adhesive Cortex® 0210FR Paste Adhesive is a high-quality, moisture-curing adhesive for membrane bonding applications. Developed for applications that require a product with a high fire classification. The adhesive is very easy to apply and achieves a very good bond to most common building substrates. Cortex® 0210FR achieves Class A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1).

Cortex® 0220FR Class A1 Breather Membrane Designed to meet the highest levels of fire protection, Cortex® 0220FR Class A1 Breather Membrane can withstand the harshest of weather conditions whilst achieving Class A1 (EN 13501-1). The structure is made from fibreglass cloth impregnated with a polymer composition to form a membrane that is waterproof and vapour-permeable.

Cortex® 0200FR Class A2 Membrane Cortex® 0200FR is a flexible membrane used for sealing interfaces to provide an airtight and weathertight seal on construction projects. It has a textured surface on both faces to ensure maximum bond strength is achieved. Our Cortex® 0200FR Class A2 Membrane achieves Class A2-s1,d0 (EN 13501-1) and is highly UV resistant and watertight. 5

Case Study: The Spark, Newcastle Supplying Cortex® 0200FR Class A2 Membrane The Spark in Newcastle is the third landmark office space coming to the city. The 106,000 sq ft office space is arranged over 12 floors, including spaces designed for co-working and events. We assisted our customer on this project by supplying them with Cortex® Class A2 products.

Cortex® 0520FR Class B Breather Membrane

Cortex® 0778FR Class B Contact Adhesive is a non-flammable, solvent-based contact adhesive designed to adhere EPDM membranes to a wide range of masonry products, concrete, timber and most common building substrates.
We developed our Cortex® 0520FR Class B Breather Membrane to withstand harsh weather conditions whilst achieving Class B-s3,d0 (EN 13501-1). Cortex® 0520FR Class B Breather Membrane is highly UV resistant, watertight and airtight.
Cortex® 0500FR Class B Membrane Cortex® 0500FR is a highly flexible membrane used for sealing interfaces to provide an airtight and weathertight seal on construction projects. Case Study: Chelsea Bridge, London Cortex® 0500FR Class B Membrane and Cortex® 0771FR Class B Paste Adhesive Chelsea Bridge Wharf is a collection of more than 1,000 modern apartments (completed in 2018). The buildings are currently being re-clad with safer material. We had the pleasure of working with our valued customer on this project and supplied some of our Class B products.
