You might have wondered about our name. It’s rooted in the 8,750 km long Danish coastline, which includes over 1,000 islands around the archipelago. We are confident you figured it by now: Strand is the Danish word for ‘beach.’

This is where we find our inspiration. Beaches offer tons of opportunity for celebration, playfulness and the widely spread concept of having fun. We are sure you heard about it.

Strand is a bold, daring, and fun-loving brand. Our designs are sometimes light-hearted and sometimes serious.
