Scope of work: addition of ramps for accessibility and new pumping system, rehabilitation of Tree Fountain, and repointing of masonry “Views of Gatineau Hills and Ottawa River are seen to the north and west. It is a spot of green open space for pedestrians in a busy section of the city.
