Everything you need to experience this one-of-a-kind virtual adventure around the world will be delivered right to your front door! Expect your delivery between June 2-3, 2021. You will receive two sets of luggage: your dinner box and an adventure pack.

Open up your dinner box and place all items in the fridge until you’re ready to start cooking!

Unpack your adventure kit - but not too much. One of our stops involves a blind wine tasting, no peeking! Place your concealed white wine in the fridge one hour before departure. You will need all items in your adventure pack to experience The Expedition.

Cooking time will take approximately 30 minutes. We recommend starting to cook at 6:00 p.m. so that you can be ready to join the pre-flight show at 7:15 p.m. Be sure to save your cocktail kit to enjoy at our first destination.

TRAVEL ESSENTIALS

Prepare your three-course preflight meal in advance of departure by following the instructional videos on linktr.ee/oakvillesown.

Have your adventure kit items ready for take-off. In addition to what was provided, you will also need: Scissors Two wine glasses per person Two cocktail glasses Ice Two spoons Two pens A large piece of paper (e.g. newspaper, craft paper, parchment paper) Your smart phone to play trivia and a chance to win $1000!

AUCTION DETAILS & PROCESSES As part of this evening’s festivities, we invite you to participate in The Expedition’s online auction featuring an incredible collection of exciting and unique items. Your participation in our auction will contribute to the much-needed expansion of the cancer care program at OTMH, which brings crucial cancer treatments and quality care close to home.

SILENT AUCTION OPENING The bidding begins on June 1, 2021.

SILENT AUCTION CLOSING The auction will close at 10:00 p.m. on June 3, 2021. To see if you are the successful bidder check under ‘MyBids’ on your Givergy account.

BIDDING Bidding on an item is easier than ever with our auction technology provided by Givergy.

Browse and bid on items on your phone from the comfort of your own home. Please refer to the ‘How to Bid’ document on the next page.

PAYMENT If you are the successful bidder on an item, an OHF staff member will call you on Friday, June 4, 2021 to collect payment over the phone.

Once you have paid for your item, we will email you a confirmation.

Any auction items not paid in five days following The Expedition will automatically be offered to the second successful bidder.

Payment will be accepted as follows: VISA, American Express, MasterCard or E-Transfer (ohfonline@haltonhealthcare.com). Starting the week of June 7, 2021 items will be available

for pick up or delivery. Electronic gift cards will be emailed.
